    Salted Ruby Guava Refresher
    Michelle E.

I had to be in City of Industry last night, and while I was in the area wanted to try a unique and different coffee place since I don't get out to the area often. B'Lets kept popping up in my IG stories as a sponsored post, and it was near my destination, so here I landed. So many things sounded good, but it was a little late in the evening for coffee or matcha. So I went with the Salted Ruby Guava Refresher with Jasmine Tea (hey, I needed some caffeine haha) It was really good, the salt and guava play well together. All in all, a lovely little stop. Next time in the area!

B'LETS ROASTERY ! I got Vietnamese PHIN COFFEE :100/10 kept me SUPER EXTRA Energetic and it's yummy and smooth ! UBE CREAM COFFEE : which was the creamiest coffee of my life, because of the egg cream ! I did not even know there was egg cream in it! I just thought it was super creamy until I looked at menu again. Not my fave ube drink / coffee drink , I prefer viet coffee more but I'm so excited to try more of the menu ! The spot was spacious, lots of parking FREE. good service and you can easily do some work here too! There's a restroom here too Clean and awesome adorable interior , quiet when I went during afternoon. Follow me for more foodie / coffee adventures -LIVING WITH LUCI Xoxo

Phin" Einspanner Coffee And Hot Pistachio Coffee

If you're craving some flavorful Vietnamese coffee, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I was especially excited to find a coffee shop open until 11:00 p.m. Most coffee spots close between 9:00 and 10:00, so I felt lucky when this place popped up on Google. I arrived about an hour before closing, and surprisingly, I was the only customer inside. As soon as I walked in, the young girl working at the counter greeted me warmly. Orders are placed through a tablet, which lets you customize sweetness levels, cream options, and other preferences. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to expect, so I left everything at the standard settings. Wanting to try both a hot and cold option, I ordered the Phin Einspanner Coffee and the Hot Pistachio Coffee. Both drinks were very flavorful and well-crafted, although a bit sweeter than my personal preference. Next time, I'll definitely order them with less sweetness. My son loves matcha, so I'll be bringing him back to try some of their matcha drinks. Based on what I saw, I think he'd really enjoy this place. The shop itself is cute, trendy, and very clean. The music created a great atmosphere, and the overall vibe felt fresh and welcoming. As I stated before, the young girl working up front was friendly and hospitable, however the gentleman preparing the drinks in the back didn't say much and seemed a little reserved, not too friendly and didn't acknowledge me but I wouldn't let that affect my overall impression of the business. Overall, this was a great first experience. Between the unique drink selections, late-night hours, inviting atmosphere, and quality coffee, I'll definitely be back.

Drinks: 3/5 Drinks were ok, ordered 2 smoothies: Ube and Coffee and Cream. But if which tasted ok, a bit sweet but overall ok. Service: 3/5 Staff was nice, order was quick. Ambiance: 4/5 Nice decor, plenty of seating. Was light and bright. Great place to get some quiet work time done.

Great service and atmosphere, but drink photos are deceiving. We ordered the Matcha Banana and it didn't look the photos on their app. It also didn't taste all that great. A bit artificial. The other drink we tried was the Authentic Milk Tea but it didn't taste like Milk Tea. We got our drinks with less ice and drinks were not filled to the top. The drinks still had quite a lot of ice. Parking lot is small as well. The interior looks bright and welcoming, but I probably wouldn't come back. I didn't see anything that stood out from my regular coffee and tea places.

Tough location to get out of during traffic, but really enjoyed this spot. Front parking lot fills up quickly due to shopping plaza with other businesses. Plenty of parking towards Mabel side. Staff was polite and welcoming. Inside was clean with plenty of seating available. Wifi is available with small tables for working/studying needs. They have a large variety of drinks and even some food. I had the ube matcha which comes standard with oat milk. It was good, not too sweet! My friend had banana cold brew, the banana is blended fresh on site and tasted great. Would definitely return to try something else on the menu. Would like to see the waffles come back.

4 stars This place has rebranded since my last review and I feel like I have to come here more often! The interior is nicel. I don't see a food menu anymore, but a lot of beverage options. The employee helping me was nice. I ordered the Ube Cream Coffee ($6.50). I thought it was tasty and strong. Definitely bonus points for allowing sugar adjustments. At 70% sugar, I thought the beverage was perfectly sweet for me. On a Tuesday morning, there's plenty of seating. Interior is modern and clean. I wouldn't call it cozy, but it has its own vibe. Will definitely be back!

This place is both convenient and delicious and has so much to offer! I only got myself to give it a try this week and find myself planning what I'll get next time I'm in. First of all, I'm so happy they're open EARLY. like actually early, before people go to work, when we need coffee! Everything is incredibly clean inside from seating to drink preparation area and the restroom! Plenty of seating and cute for photo aesthetics. Service is quick and kind with the option to kiosk or app/online order. They have a great welcome offer for the app & it works quickly. Matcha is yum! They have a wide variety of flavored options (I tried Strawberry and Corn both 7.5/10) and their Phin coffee is great too (I find it a normal amount of strong as a Vjet but beware haha it can be strong!)

Drove past on the way home, decided to pop in to try it! Got a regular matcha oat latte, no sweetness adjustments! im usually not a fan of oat milk in my lattes but this matcha was so rich and deep in color!! better than most places in the 626 for matcha. the young woman at the cashier was really nice and pleasant. they had alot of tables and chairs. saw some people just gossiping catchin up and some studying! nice hang out spot with good matcha! :)

I've thought about the this place since I've left it. The staff was very kind, seeing that it was my first time they suggested multiple drinks that I might like. I settled for the Mango Bellini and I loved it. This is a spot that I'll go out of my way to visit.

    Kat S.

Loved the Pandan matcha, so I had to go back to try another flavor. Which I did, and the Corn matcha was just as delicious. I had to reduce the sugar, but it was still delicious. It's such a cute and cozy cafe with a handful of seating plus a patio. The staff is very friendly. There's plenty of parking in the lot

Came back to try more drinks. First, download their app. Ordering was so simple and I didn't have to wait for my drinks this time. Just picked up and go....AND free Vietnamese coffee upon download. And that is one tasty drink. I also ordered a panda matcha and loved the flavor.

Stopped by after lunch for coffee. Charming little roastery. My son immediately pointed out the teddy bear baristas and asked to take a picture with them. The service was super friendly. The menu has a ton of really good coffee and non-coffee options. I got the Brown Einspanner and the strawberry cloud tea slush for my kiddo. Both drinks were delicious. Will definitely be stopping by frequently to explore more of the menu. I stick to coffee only, but I might even try their fruit slushes or refreshers next time!

You definitely can taste the rich tea fragrance notes in each of their drinks. So far, I've tried their One Tea Signature blend milk tea and their Orchis oolong tea with coconut cloud. I also especially love their popping barley topping. It's a unique spin to the traditional boba. It's refreshing a fun to eat. We also got their walnut custard cake, which was a nice treat. They are slightly crispy on the outside, yet pleasantly moist on the inside. The custard inside added just the right about of sweetness. To finish each mini cake off, each contain bits of actual walnuts on the inside, which really made this dessert well worth it. The only reason I am knocking off a star is because of their staff. They were not very friendly or communicative. The majority of the time, they really tried to avoid making eye contact with the customers. This makes the experience feel awkward and unwelcoming.
