This 5/5 review is solely based on their coconut blended coffee! Strong coffee with the right amount of toasted coconut flavor! It was so delicious and packed with caffeine. I have never had anything quite like it. Their Vietnamese coffee was made very well! Creamy, but not overly sweet. Their mixed fruit tea had a large amount of fresh fruits in the tea and it was refreshing! I loved that there was so much mango pieces in the drink. Taiyaki was made to order. Nice, hot, and delicious! We will definitely keep on visiting this place! Side note: There are not too many opportunities for alternations with the drink like swapping milk alternatives. got the corn matcha 70% sweetness the matcha is strong and smooth, although the drink is a bit thick? perhaps from the corn? the flavor does get nicely balanced though, you can taste both the corn and matcha. i find it being a small hit of corn when you sip, then the matcha, then a slight corn aftertaste. seating is ok, a little limited. bathroom was clean. would come back again when i'm in the area! read more

I came to this place eager to try it out but instead was extremely disappointed by the entire experience. The staff was completely rude and they were ignoring all the customers waiting in line. A lady whose name was Van I believe, the manager, was on her phone slouched in the corner as the employees were talking amongst themselves. The manager finally walked over to the person up next and sighed before saying "what you want?" in the worst tone ever. When it was finally my turn I was greeted by the same dreadful tone as she rolled her eyes and shrugged before walking away as I was mid sentence. She then left and disappeared to yell at her employees in the back room for a few minutes. She made my drink as she slammed things around and knocked things over while doing it. The worst thing was she knocked over some cups on to the floor and instead of throwing them away, she put them back on the counter to serve to guests later !!! Gross!! I finally got my pandan coffee and got out of there asap. I got to the car, and took a sip. Awful. It was watered down and completely sour. Such a waste of money but I didn't want to deal with everyone in there a minute longer! Looks like this place rebranded from the previous Waffle Studio to B'Lets Roastery and I think it's better than it was before. In terms of quality I really enjoyed the coffee at this spot. This little Vietnamese coffee shop serves up some unique drinks. I got the tropical cold brew and wow, I've never tried a flavored cold brew before but it absolutely works. They pretty much pump syrup and some fruits mixed into cold brew and its delicious as well as strong. The sesame coffee was also delicious and packed with caffeine. I stopped by the store about 5-10 minutes before closing. I honestly felt bad coming in that late, so I ordered something simple (the Pink Dragon) and also left a tip. But I couldn't drink it at all. After one sip, I felt like something was wrong. The drink smelled like the diffusers they use in the store. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to taste, but it didn't seem right to me. I am so glad that B Lets Roastery finally opened. Upon arrival, it's very cute, cozy and spacious. there are plenty of tables to sit at. Service was very great. Two gentlemen took my order and they made sure to ask if there were any adjustments needed for the drink. I decided to go for the Ube latte. I love how the coffee balances out the sweetness. For me, even though it was at 100% sweetness, it wasn't too sweet at all, which I really like. FOOD - Almost all of the reviews I saw focused on their Ube Coffee, which is a Vietnamese coffee that has an Ube cream top. This drink lived up to the hype! The coffee was strong which is how I prefer my viet coffee. I would say it's close enough to Da Vien's coffee. If you come between 8-10 am they have a deal for buy one get one coffee 50% off! I also got their taiyaki. Although their coffee was good I cannot say the same for the taiyaki. I would not get this again. It was super flimsy, the texture was odd, and absolutely very minimal filling. For one of the fish, I only had a small bite that had custard. Priced at 2 for $5 or 5 for $10. The lot is small and tucked away though, so I found it helpful to use my GPS and drive slowly to make sure I didn't miss it! FOOD/DRINKS : Ube Latte - phin style Vietnamese coffee w/ Ube foam -- the coffee was strongggg but in a good way! Def lives up to the Vietnamese coffee rep of being bold, creamy, and sweet! Stopped by here to get some work done and I would say to give it a try if you're in the area. My partner got the Vietnamese coffee and it's really strong but the flavors are very balanced. Remember that leans on the sweeter side since it's a Vietnamese iced coffee. I got the strawberry matcha latte and I would say to pass on this - the strawberry sauce was tart making the milk taste sour and the matcha flavor wasn't very strong. The egg waffle and taiyaki were both good too. I think they use a similar batter for both so if you're conflicted on what to get, I would say to pick what texture and flavor you want. For those who want to study here, there's free wifi and a few outlets. I think it can get a little loud with some of the equipment sometimes but it's bearable with headphones. I took my mom to buy insurance and noticed this shop, so I decided to give it a try. The decor is very cute and simple, which creates a nice atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and attentive, which is a plus. I ordered the Orient Oolong Milk Tea at 50% sweetness. Unfortunately, the tea tasted a bit over brewed and had a lingering bitterness. The astringent/dry taste feeling was on my tongue after every sip. This could be an area they can improvement or maybe this is just a one time mistake on timing/temperature of the tea. They asked me how it tasted before I leave the store. The sweetness was good but I didn't pay attention to the dry taste until I was on the road already. I love their boba though, it was soft on the outside and qq on the inside. Overall, it was still a decent experience, and I'd be willing to give this place another try the next time I'm in the area. The drinks were good, but definitely on the pricey side. The egg waffle was okay, though I can't help but feel it was a bit of a splurge for what I got. While waiting for our order, a houseless person came in, and I noticed how some customers seemed uncomfortable, naturally so but I wasn't weirded out, just alert.
