They were so efficient, professional and fast. Once in Colorado, there was some trouble with the place they were supposed to move to. Josh and Matt were so flexible. My parent actually could not move to the original place and we had to find another apartment ASAP. We found another place that same day. As my parents were doing paperwork they were moving all my parent's belongings into their new apartment. Once all the paperwork was done and we met up with Josh and Matt the only thing left to do was to pay the bill and give them a big hug for their caring, compassion, and kindness that they showed my parents through my parent's horrible situation. Completely disappointed with this company. I really liked the premise of using firemen/military, and I didn't mind paying a bit more compared to some other companies. It was almost impossible to reach someone. Any responses were sporadic at best. The week of our move they finally sent us an email after 3 days of no responses. The best part? All of a sudden they were booked solid for the next two weeks. I really wanted to like this place, but the terrible service has turned me away for good. This was my best moving experience ever!!! Marty, Ryan, Ryan, and Damien were professional, courteous, punctual, and quick. We moved from an apartment in one location and a storage unit in another to a house in a third location and they took care of everything. They showed up on time, got started right away, and kept going until the job was done. We have a lot of stuff, especially furniture, and I can't say enough how impressed I was with these guys. These guys unloaded our moving truck for us. They showed up right on time, were courteous and easy to work with. Our treadmill was a pain to get in through a bedroom doorway and they got the job done to get it in the room we wanted. My realtors heard rave reviews about this company and encouraged me to call. I was thrilled to support our Firemen and Military. When she found out I wanted to move on the first Monday after Thanksgiving holidays, I was told the guys didn't like to work around the holidays... She said someone would call me back the next day to let me know if they could do it. I also sent a request by internet. I guess simple calls back are too much trouble for this business if they aren't going to service you. Never heard back and I called 3 days in a row, no answer. It is polite to return calls for people who are scheduling Important DATES. I doubt my realtors will refer you ever again. You should have seen the look on their faces!! Disbelief!! read more

We hired AZ Firemen for a move out of a packed 2-story house. They arrived on time and had the right equipment. The movers were efficient and polite even with some of our disorganization. They didn't waste a single minute and wouldn't even take time out for lunch. Their pricing structure is very straight forward, understandable, and fair. I would highly recommend them for any move. We had an overall excellent experience in working with this company in relocating from a Peoria 2 bedroom independent living apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment in the east valley. Cyndi and Mike were excellent to work with in scheduling and coordinating the move in a timely manner. The tips and faqs were invaluable in aiding our packing approximately 60 boxes and helped save us money. Mack and his three man crew were organized, efficient and energetic in handling the boxes and furniture, packing the trailer and positioning everything in the new apartment. Their experience was obvious. They never took a lunch break. We had a few items with minor damages, but nothing catastrophic and nothing that we couldn't easily repair. Their rates were reasonable and a good value in view of their performance. We can't speak to their packing service, but we would use them again for any local move. read more

The way other moving companies operated was disgusting. They talked a good game; but could not walk the talk. From the moment we spoke with the receptionist on the phone until the job was completed, the AZ Firemen Movers walked the talk. Your company definitely under sold and over delivered. Your moving company was recommended to us by a few people. Being a United States Marine, it made sense to me to have trust in "First Responders" and "Prior Military Personal." We were not disappointed in the way the three men who represented your company preformed their job. It was a true pleasure to see courtesy, respect, professionalism, and pride in action. The courtesy they showed my wife and I throughout the day was extremely appreciated. Their respect for our property was a pleasure to witness. The way they conducted themselves, along with the way they did their job was utmost professionalism. The pride for their company was also evident. The way they worked together was like watching a winning championship team. One piece of furniture was very slightly damaged. Fact be known we may have not even noticed it. Mike, pointed it out to me. That evening Mike called me asking if he could come out and repair the damage, he had shown me. We arranged a day and time for him to come out and take care of the slightly damaged furniture. Not only did Mike take care of the slightly damaged furniture, he helped me straighten out a piece of furniture which was to heavy for me to move and straighten on my own. This organization came highly recommended but I wouldn't use them again. I will say they were prompt and courteous. However they didn't meet even my minimum standards. While packing the truck, they asked if patio furniture and the grill out back were to go. We said yes, but if there were only a couple pieces they could get in the truck that we could move those last few pieces. They moved nothing outside. So that left a large gas grill, a large 4 seat metal patio table set, 8 patio chairs and 2 small side tables. Clearly not "a few things". When they unloaded the initial load, I was presented with an invoice. I asked if I could sign after the next load. They said there was not another load. Since the invoice was complete and he didn't bring another, this was the end of this move. If I wanted to call to reschedule another day, I could. They also broke 2 large Pottery Barn casserole dishes, and a jewelry armoire all which are not "covered" items. We also had a 3.5x3.5 foot entry mirror that was quite heavy. The bottom corners on the outside were bruised to show wood underneath. Visible to all. I just expected more and was left disappointed and frustrated. read more
