This is the biggest sigh of disappointment. Let me start off by saying that this salon started off great the first 2 times. This 3rd time around I planned to get a gel fill and gel pedicure with acrylic (to shape my toe nail beds) While the lady was starting on my pedicure, she stated the total would be $81 for everything. I agreed and she continued with my feet. Then, we moved on to my gel fill and at the end she wrote $121 on the receipt. I was a literally confused on the total and I asked her " Wait, I believe the total was $81" and she said " No it's $50 for acrylic powder and $31 for gel pedicure" and I was baffled. Then I said " well I've never spent that much on a pedicure and you stated $81 in the beginning" That means each toe was $5 = $50 for 10 toes to use acrylic powder on it. I have been to many salons in Los Angeles region, including Beverly Hills and I have never had a salon charge $81 for the most basic pedicure. The most I've spent along with acrylic was $60. But they were charging $81!! Not including tip. As a marketing professional that price is wayyyyy over price and they need to be a little transparent and have the management be transparent with its customers. I can see it being a huge problem in the future overcharging for some acrylic powder. Suggestion: maybe drop down the price for acrylic powder for pedicures to $2/toe. I can see that being a viable option. So that means the total for gel pedicure w acrylic powder = $51 not including tip. But anyways they did a great job but I disliked how they handled the situation especially being a new salon. I'm hesitant to return back here unless they become more transparent with pricing and list it on their menu about acrylic powder addition pricing . ALSO, my receipt said NT nails meaning this salon must be a sister salon to the NT nail salons around town apparently. Not the biggest fan of those salons either based on previous experiences there. I went here on New Year's eve because my original lady could not get me in. I got serviced by the owner. Her area station was super dirty. They were taking things out of grocery store bags that did not seem clean. But I overlooked that and I just let her get to work. I just went in for a simple fill. And a French tip. She did not buff my nails right there were scratches all over my nails and I told her that if the scratches were gonna go away after she put the topcoat, she said yes and they absolutely did not. I let that slide. Later that day, I washed some dishes, cleaned my bathroom, and all of my nails started chipping. I went in the very next day and communicate communicated with them that my nails were chipping and I'm saying eight out of 10 nails were chipped , the owner was not there that day, but they called her and she said that I can only get three nails fixed. The workers were able to make me happy by the end of the day and resolving my problem, but I'm so super upset that the owner had the audacity to say that I could only get three nails fixed.! absolutely ridiculous. That was my first and last time going there. The rest of the staff were super polite and nice, but the owner has some issues to work on before someone reports her to the board. read more

I am so happy I found this place! My toenails had become super brittle and kept breaking and they looked absolutely HORRIBLE. I found Rhonda online and liked her work so decided to give her a try- I asked for natural acrylic on my big toes and she did not disappoint! I'm SUPER picky and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I went in as a walk in and got the basic pedicure. It was not worth the hype. They just did the cuticle cut, I got more of a rub than a massage and they didn't even clean out my toe nails. I mean, at least when you get a pedicure, the nails get cleaned out. I get that my nails were already short, but I had to request to get them filed. I could have just had my husband paint my nails. I wouldn't go back again. It's hard enough to find someone you like. The only reason I went there was because it was a last minute thing and my usual nail lady is soon to open her location in Ceres. Oh, and when I made a comment to the kid about cleaning out my nails, he looked at his girl worker and made a comment and they both laughed. read more

I absolutely and 100% recommend and love this place I started coming here and I never leave disappointed I go to the people I love and trust with my nails Rhoda does my toe nails and CJ does my nails if I would tell who to go with I'll go with them. They make you feel very welcomed and talk to you about anything. They make me laugh it's a vibe definitely. The white tip photos is when I first yet and as you can see AMAZING and the yellow is from today AMAZING AGAIN I LOVE THEM. I've been meaning to write this for over a week but I was debating if it was worth it or not and I decided this morning I would. I received a gel manicure on February 24th. Today is March 5th and my gel manicure is already lifting and last week I noticed it was already chipping. It's only been 9 days and this is not normal. I'm not sure if it's poor technique or she didn't seal it properly but this manicure lasted less then 10 days. I get my nails done routinely and this is not normal. read more

We went back to try again for pedicures. Sad to say second time was just ok for me and terrible for my mom. Make sure if you ask for Rhonda that she doesn't get off track. She was so distracted by her family and friend that she never did what we talked about and some of my nails are ragged. She did an ok job but her attitude about being so busy she wouldn't practice any artwork made me rethink booking with her again. If she's that busy, she won't notice that I never go back. I think I over tipped her but at the time I thought she did a nice job. For my mom, she had Lucy. She barely did anything to my mom and she was done with her before I was even polished and I was started first! No top coat no taking, just left and his out on the other side of the room. Made sure we got the tag for service. They do not clean the basins, just use the shower caps. Obviously we're not going back. read more

I made an appointment with CJ and Rhonda but CJ was actually sick as soon as I walked into the shop Rhonda, greeted me and asked me to sit down, so she can take off the polish off my toes while I was waiting for a guy named Terry to get my nails done. Teri turned around and yelled at her. We both were confused I felt like walking out it made me feel really uncomfortable. The only person that he's nice to is Quinn. To be honest, I've been there a few times and it makes me sad to know they are both married and it's obviously obvious there is something going on between them two (Terry and Quinn) are they the owners? Because they sure act like it. They boss everyone around them like slaves. This place is supposed to be for relaxing and instead you can't even hear the music and all you can hear is been talking aggressively. They also use their client as translator they had a lady and me translate for them and to be honest we do Not go there to do that we go there to relax and enjoy or moment, they really have to get someone that can translate for them. The only reason I go there is because of Rhonda she is they best always nice and caring for clients and does the best Pedicures.... Rhonda is my go to for pedicures, she never disappoints!! 10/10 recommend her ! Never fails to make acrylic toes look great, not only that, but she uses powder not tips to prevent damage to the natural nail. Always puts time, effort, and care in her work, plus she's super nice and patient !! Don't be afraid to go with her, the nail on my big toes went through some damage last year in an accident and didn't grow back the same. I was super insecure about showing my toes since then, but Rhonda had no judgement and completely not only helped my natural toe nail start looking back to how they used to, but made them look great!! read more
