Literally worst customer service on the planet. Techs are rude and incompetent and don't understand English then get mad when they can't understand what you are telling them. I came here for a fill. I was able to get seated quickly, my nail technician was Lilly. I took my 4 year old son with me which Lilly gave a lollipop too and turned on Netflix for. It was an amazing experience. She def had a lot of attention to detail and gave me a lot of tips for colors finishes and designs. I really think this nail salon is going to be my new spot. read more

I just got my nails done at NT three days prior to coming here. That was my second visit to NT Nails and both times were pretty bad, so I stopped by here to have my nails fixed on a whim. I'm SO glad I came! I can't remember the woman who helped me, but she was awesome. She did a great job, helped with things NT said they couldn't or wouldn't. The shape is perfectly even, and all details are a hit. Got white nails and have oddly received a compliment on them within the first day of having them done, so they must stand out as nice nails lol. Will be my new regular salon in Modesto, for sure. read more

I use to come here a lot but I recently feel like they have gone downhill. Whenever I try to go it seems like they're always "busy" which they aren't because I only see 3 people there getting something done. The reason she says they're busy is because there is literally only 2 people working there. They need to hire more people because that's a lot of business she is passing up. read more

This is a HORRIBLE SALON. The owner gave a nail fungus to me on all 10 of my nails She said I had a allergic reaction to her chemicals for acrylic fills when i showed my nails to her.Not. I was burned and the use of dirty brushes infected me .She never wears GLOVES on her hands so it could have come from her dirty hands also. I arrived on. Time or early for my appts. And had to wait at least 40 minutes. Trying to keep my change when I paid her cash.oh WOW. U may want to Avoid this salon. i have been to quite a few locations in modesto looking for the "it" place to get a mani pedi for service, attention to detail, and overall customer experience for the price. needless to say this is the best place in Mo to get a mani pedi. the ladies are so attentive, your pedi includes a massage with chinese oil, baby oil, lotion, and paraffin wax. When they rub you down, these girls can rub you down for what seems like forever. there have been many occasions where the only opportunity i have to come in is in the evening after work and they still take their time and never rush no matter how long the process may take. for both a pedicure and manicure for gel nail polish my total without designs is only $46.00. for all the atention to detail these ladies give, it is worth every penny. read more

Being from out of town(my husband is in the Navy), I decided to come here to get my nails done since I didn't have time to get it done before I left Virginia. The lady that did my pedicure was super slow and didn't do that great of a job when she painted my nails. Different part of my toes nails are missing polish or polish weren't applied evenly. Last time attending New York nails salon for a mani/pedi. In order to get a sanitary pedicure tub you must pay $4 so that they can put a vinyl bag into the pedicure tub when a salon less than half a mile away from that makes that a standard for every guest. They need to understand that the nail salon community is a competition and that charging $4 for standard sanitation is ridiculous. Knowing that nail salons are a place to relax and feel pampered, I did not feel any of the two. The owner had her children running around, yelling several inches away from customers, using the products at the table the salon which created a non relaxing ambience and extremely unprofessional. There is absolutely no completion with this nail salon unless these tweaks are changed! read more

Very friendly employees but charge WAY too much in my opinion. Had an appointment with my best friend and still had to wait an hour for them to give us our pedicures. We both got a French pedi with a flower and they originally told us it'd be $15 a piece. When they were through they charged us $24 a piece! What a rip off! read more
