Unfortunately, I am not sure if I will be returning to this salon. I got my nails done on Thursday. It is now Tuesday, and the acrylic is lifting at the edges, the top coat is flaking, and my thumb nail has popped off. The shaping and artwork were both decent, so I think this is a fault of the products they use in the salon. The manager/owner was rude and cruel to an 86 yr old Black retired teacher. The woman had spent $100 for some messed up nails. She tried to show him her nails in a very low voice so that his customers would not hear her. He responded by becoming belligerent and rude. He refused to look at her nails , spoke to her in a disrespectful manner and proceeded to yell at her. So ,she did not respond to him, but returned to the outside to wait for her Dial a Ride van. While waiting for her Dial a Ride van, she began to have trouble breathing!! She returned inside, told the owner that she was having trouble breathing and asked him to call 911 or Parimetcs. He refused to call for help. She returned outside where she called and one of his customers came out and called for her. She was also kind enough to wait with her until the paramedics came and took her to the hospital. Should a person like this salon owner , even be in a public service business? Is it ok for him to treat his customers like this? Why would he not call for help for her? It can't be because of her behavior as she was polite and tried not to disturb his customers. Was it because of her age?? Her gender?? Her race?? Or, is he just a "Disrespectful Jerk"? I don't want to support a business that treats its customers as he does. Where is this man's humanity? I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This was my second time coming to this place, as I am trying to find a nail salon closer to home. The first time was ok, but good enough to try a second time. I arrived at the location around 10:40am, I chose the $70 pedicure (after the gel up charge). The guy helping me was struggling taking off the nail polish on my toes, it seemed as though he was very uncomfortable with the grinder, I kept informing him that he was hitting my skin on my toe and it was hurting.. he then switched to a nail file to remove the nail polish. This picture was taken at 11:08am 28 minutes after I arrived and the polish still wasn't completely off my toes. He then spent another 5-10 minutes removing the remainder of the polish off. At this point we are over 30 minutes into this pedicure. He starts rushing through the step packets, so quickly that I started to record. He went through 3 steps in less than 3 minutes! This is why we pay extra for the higher priced pedicures, to get the massage and exfoliating treatment. I then asked him if it was normal for the steps to be that quick as I have never had a pedicure before that fast, even the last time I came to this place. They said it was normal, and I am paying for a 1 hour service... so if he takes 30 + minute to remove my polish, then the rest of the pedicure is cut short?? Umm no! After I had brought up how quick it was going, the guy seems very irritated and for the first time since this pedicure started he was speaking in his language which made me feel like he was talking crap, very uncomfortable. I offered to pay for the nail polish removal (more than what they said it was) and I'm guess the owner (the big troll looking guy in there, tried to flex up on me, started yelling at me, and refuses to let me pay for what I had done, and refused to let me leave. We had to call the police, as if they have nothing better to do! I have never in all of my years of getting a pedicure every 2 weeks experienced anything like this! Avoid if at all cost! read more

At first the water was cold and no one did anything about it. Until my mom said something to her nail tech. No one wanted to do me since I was recovering from sores on my legs. But don't let me sit in cold water while you rock paper scissor me. Once I got the water situation settled, someone drew the short straw and he was very gentle. The lady was nice but the man who painted my toes did a horrible job I paid 50 plus 5$ tip and the polish is coming off already within not even 24 hours I went in at 11am and it's 9 pm now and I see 2 nails peeling and 2 nails already had peeled some off on the cuticle area. Tried this place for a pedicure. The gentleman that was helping me seemed to struggle with the process. He said he could do a simple heart on each large toe, they were awful and did not come close to matching. The polish also did not have a nice finish when it was done. Please do not go here. I went in for a manicure, hoping for an amazing service but instead came out with dirty nail beds, gouged bleeding cuticles, and an owner who would not listen to my requests as my fingers were in pain from the service and told me my fingers needed to be infected in order for a refund.
