Kim is the best! Have been going here for years! I have always been happy! This is a must try!

Absolutely Not!!! Do not patronize or spend your money here. I'm extremely disappointed with the full set of nails I received. The nails were uneven and sloppily finished, and the photos show the condition they were in when I left. I also found the salon dirty and the staff's treatment of me unacceptable. The photos show how my nails looked when I left. No customer should be sent home with work like that. When I called about a refund, the owner told me it was against store policy and offered only to fix them. I explained that I wasn't comfortable coming back after my experience, but the owner refused to refund me and hung up on me. I'm angry that I paid for nails I now need to have corrected elsewhere. Based on the quality of the work and how my complaint was handled, I would not recommend this salon. read more

I'm disappointed with the quality of my nails. The application looks uneven, and the nails appear thick and bulky from the side rather than having a smooth, natural shape. The finish around the cuticles also looks messy and could have been much cleaner. While I like the color, the overall quality and attention to detail did not meet my expectations. I expected a more polished and professional result, especially for a service I paid for. I won't be coming back as the quality of work has decreased . I paid 59.00 for this set . read more

Last time I went there the lady did a terrible job on my manicure. This time I asked for specific person to do both. When I left the man-ager - not sure who he is but he spent the time walking around making hawk a loogie noises told me to make an appointment next time. Place has gone downhill sine my first visit. Time to find a new spot. read more

Honestly, the vibe was fantastic! I was singing and laughing with the staff. At some points though it did feel like they just wanted me in and out and to upsell me and seemed not really interested unless I was upgrading. I honestly think it just comes with the economy. They need to upsell. I get it but i hope they understand that some of us can not upgrade because of our budgets. I'll show the nails done by Michael. You decide. I paid $117 ,I believe for both. read more

This was an awful experience. A friend and I decided to come in around noon on a Saturday. My pedicure from start to finish was 20 minutes!! It was very rushed. It was not relaxing at all and the guy that was painting my nails was squeezing my toes so hard they left marks. I was booted from the chair before my nails even dried. It was truly an awful experience. Do not come here. EDIT TO ADD: The owner has edited the comment 4 different times to fit their narrative. This place is AWFUL. I've been getting pedicures for 20 years. I don't consider the set up time (as I'm already seated) part of the pedicure time. The foot "scrub" was less than 5 minutes and same with the "massage" (which was just the guy sloshing lotion around) read more

My mother and I have been getting pedicures done for a few years. Each time my mother has had to twist her foot in and uncomfortable position, when expressing how it hurt the technician rolled her eyes and complained about it. This last time I got a pedicure my technician was poking and pushing my mother's technician. At the same pedicure my technician didn't sterilize the tools and pulled an in-grown nail, a few days later I found out I had an infection on that same toe. read more

Infinity Nail Spa - Full acrylic set & Gel pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Turlock, California

I shouldn't have stopped here. I had an event last night and wanted to remove my full set (done elsewhere) and get a gel mani. The male who did my nails, basically ripped my acrylics off, and three of my nails were bleeding. I've never had my acrylics removed with so much damage after. He said that soaking them off takes too long, and did ask multiple times if it hurt, and multiple times I said yes. A few of my fingers literally hurt today. My mani looks like I did it myself, gel all over my skin, super thick on a few nails. Except it cost me $51 read more

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this salon. During my pedicure, there was a cockroach in the water while my feet were soaking. I immediately brought it to the technician's attention, and she removed it with her gloves--but then continued working on my feet with the same gloves, without washing hands or changing them. She threw the cockroach away in the trash and another guy ran to empty out the trash, surely before I took a photo or video. There was no apology, no effort to restart the service with proper sanitation, and the situation was not handled professionally. This raised serious hygiene concerns for me. I contacted my doctor and now I am advised to keep an eye on my feet -look for redness, swelling, cuts, or signs of infection over the next few days. I'm keeping record of this whole situation with my Dr in case I need move forward with a more serious and medical complaint. In addition, I did not receive the full service I paid for (the massage was skipped), and my preferences were not respected during the appointment. It also felt like they rushed to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Despite all of this, I was still charged full price. I attempted to address this directly with the guy at the front desk "in charge" but he pretended that he didn't know what had happened even tho I saw the girl who was working on my toes go to him a few times and chatted with him. His only response to me was "I have to call pest control". If it is not properly resolved -with a full refund, I will be filing a formal complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regarding the sanitation practices I experienced. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. -----UPDATE----- Thank you for your response. However, I'm disappointed that no one has contacted me directly to address this situation. Given the seriousness of the sanitation concerns I experienced, along with being charged full price for an incomplete service, I am requesting a full refund and direct follow-up from management. A general statement about reviewing this "internally" does not resolve the issue or address the impact of what occurred. Please contact me within 3 business days to resolve this matter. If I do not hear back, I will be proceeding with filing a formal legal complaint, complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and updating my review to reflect the lack of resolution. I would prefer to resolve this directly and give your business the opportunity to make this right. read more

Horrible experience with this place. Mia my nail tech was extremely rude and dismissive and kept snatching my foot so that she could work on my pedicure. I told her I wanted my french tip thinner and she got mad and complained that she didn't understand what I wanted. All i asked her was if she could make my french tip thinner and she kept rolling her eyes. She had to have her coworker fix it for me. Once she came back she kept snatching my feet to finish the pedicure. It's completely rude, unprofessional behavior to act like that towards someone that is PAYING for the service being provided. She could work on her customer service skills. Just horrible will not be returning here. read more

It's as soon as you say "regular spa pedicure" they get annoyed and rush the pedicure so fast. Not quality work, they burned my leg with one of the hot stones. Nail polish application wasn't great. Entire pedicure maybe took 15-20 minutes. The place is somewhat clean but overall just unkept with the poorly stocked refrigerator and trash overflowing. Was rushed off the chair immediately after the nail polish was applied. It was a late Friday afternoon and was not busy at all. read more

Owner replied back but she said untrue things. I received a discount because I complained ? sooo untrue. I even tipped the guy that did my nails 5 dollars. I will add a picture of my toes as it's not a deep French tip. Also she never answered my comment about why cuticle softener wasn't used . Prices on the wall is a lie but I wouldn't be surprised if now after my complaint they added the prices. There's a reason why they have so many one stars. Do not go here. If you do ask before you pay. The health department also needs to go and check because they reuse nail files and the toe separators and the place looks dirty. Go to modern nails instead , only reason I didn't go was because she was booked. read more

I came in for a birthday nail set and showed a reference photo of the exact design I wanted, which included pink French tips with designs. I chose my base color specifically to match that look. Midway through the appointment, the nail tech informed me they did not actually have the pink color needed for the French tip, which was very frustrating because I would have chosen a completely different base color had I known from the beginning. To avoid further complications, I decided to simplify the design and asked for a regular white French tip instead. Unfortunately, the French tips still came out thick, uneven, and not clean or symmetrical. I also felt the nail tech was distracted during the appointment, frequently talking and whispering with coworkers instead of focusing on the service being provided. I do want to mention that the nail tech did a good job with my toes, However, when it came to my nails, the experience was completely different. I was honestly embarrassed to go out because the French tips looked very thick and uneven. Multiple customers at my job even commented on them when noticing my nails, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and disappointed, especially since these were supposed to be my birthday nails. That is why I decided to call the salon two days later to ask if they could be redone. I contacted the salon afterward because I genuinely was not satisfied with the result, especially considering I paid a total of $77 for the nails. Pricing itself usually does not bother me when the quality and service match the cost, but it is disappointing to pay that amount and leave unhappy with both the nails and the experience overall. Before returning for the redo, I specifically called to confirm that there would be no additional charge because I was already concerned about how the situation would be handled. I was told over the phone that it would be free unless I changed the design. However, when I arrived, I was then told it would cost an additional $10 if the French tip was redone "the long way." That did not sit right with me considering the original issue stemmed from miscommunication and the nail tech not understanding the style of French tip I wanted from the beginning. I should not have been expected to pay extra to correct work I was already unhappy with. At that point, I even decided not to continue with the French tip idea at all because it seemed too advanced based on the experience, and I settled for a simple white color instead. It was upsetting having to settle for nails I did not originally want for my birthday. While I do appreciate that they allowed me to come back for a redo, the overall experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and proper customer service skills. As someone who has worked in customer service for five years, I was honestly surprised by how the situation was handled. I normally do not leave reviews, but after sharing my experience with others, many people also agreed that the situation was not handled appropriately. I believe customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and quality service, especially when paying premium prices. read more

While I was getting my nails done I felt what I thought as a fly on my leg. I kept twitching my leg and kept coming back . I looked down and there was a coackroach climbing up my leg . Now that ive been here a few more times, im sad to say its hit or miss. I never really know if im going to get a great service or just okay. Sometimes a pedicure can last long & be amazing or other times they chop your nails and your manicure peels the next day. Nails are way too expensive to gamble like that, I do like the vibe but I probably won't be back. read more

I got a gel pedicure here from Kim and she was amazing! We conversed for a bit then she let me relax. I came in near closing time unknowingly and they still took me and took their time and didn't rush me out or anything. Very clean and nice facilities. I love coming here for my manicures and pedicures. The staff is very friendly and prompt. They do such a great job with cleaning all the cuticles and over all service. I had a bruised toe nail and they put three layers on top of the nail to cover the color. For the manicures, I usually get gel polish and the gel polish lasts a few weeks considering they do a great job cleaning up the nails. Pricing is also reasonable. We came here because we were told it was a decent place to get pedicures. When we came in on a Saturday around 1 and were seated right away, which was nice. BUT the whole process felt extremely rushed. It took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Mind you, we were the ONLY 2 people getting pedicures! And im not even exaggerating when I say that the SECOND she put the top coat on, she rushed me out of my chair. So im standing by the door with wet toes, waiting for my friend to finish, only for them to do the same to her. And when it was time to pay, the lady was on the phone the entire time, tossed my recipt on the counter and continued to say nothing to me. Its was just not a good experience. And judging from all the other reviews im already expecting a snarky response from the owners taking no accountability. Sad. Will not return. read more

Had a pedicure here and won't go back. The technician used a scrubber on the bottom of my foot and left cuts in the arch of my foot. I have been to this salon a few times for pedicures, and I have always been a happy camper. The last time I was there, Tina serviced me and it was the most uncomfortable and painful pedicure of my life. The a/c was out, and it was 85 degrees inside the salon. Tina was nice, but she was very rough on my toes/feet. She seemed flustered because of how HOT it was in the salon. she seemed more bothered by it than I was. Its a week later and my cuticles are STILL sore. When working on my cuticles she was actually scraping my skin. She then clipped my toenails all different ways.. some look square and some look round, it's driving me crazy. She also didn't use any soap or lotion when scrubbing the bottom of my feet so it was extremely rough. lastly she knicked one of my toes with nails clippers and broke the skin, I had to pull my foot away because of the pain. I've always had a good experience coming to this salon, but I do not recommend seeing Tina for your next pedicure. read more
