As soon as she began threading I knew she took too much off. Total disappointment she left hairs on the top end and hairs above my eyelids. I told her that it was not what I explained and she stated it looked good, to her but not to me, my expectations were disappointing and there is nothing I can do but them grow out lol. The sign said $18 for eyebrow and nothing about nose wax but when I asked she said "oh no that was my misunderstanding I meant nose wax $25" and both and pointed at both nostrils. I would assume getting both nostrils done with a nose wax service. $18 isn't bad for eye brow thread but $25 for nose wax is ridiculous and had I known she meant that much for that service I would have trimmed them myself. Won't be going back probably wouldn't recommend anyone to go either. Cheaper to make an appointment next door. (I asked next door after)

I guess the lip & brow thread were 3/5. A highlight is a soothing aloe 1 minute face massage. Hands and seat were not sanitized in between guests. My eyebrow shape was already prominent so I got a decent clean up. However, I wasn't given the opportunity to check my eye brows and she didn't cut the length of them with scissors; they were really long. A chunk of my tail eyebrow was pulled off (painful) and it was left really uneven on the other side. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back but I don't regret going here to try it.
