I immediately noticed improvement with skin after only a few sessions. She educated me on some fantastic product that I used at home to help clear up my skin. I can not tell you how many times I hear regularly, "You have the most beautiful skin!" That is when I hand out Danielle's business card and say, "I owe it all to her." My skin was literally glowing for the rest of the week. I'll definitely be coming back on a regular basis so I can keep my skin young and fresh. For waxing I ended up doing my arms and underarms. When I called about a refund, the owner told me it was against store policy and offered only to fix them. I explained that I wasn't comfortable coming back after my experience, but the owner refused to refund me and hung up on me. I'm angry that I paid for nails I now need to have corrected elsewhere. Based on the quality of the work and how my complaint was handled, I would not recommend this salon.
