She was very friendly, she made it as painless as possibly BUT she left a ton of wax bits on me, and some bits that weren't small at all but rather large and easy to miss. I didn't notice it until I had to use the restroom and my underoos were sticking to me because of the wax. Then I had to Google how to remove so much wax from my skin. I wish the front lady would have at least offered to help in some way regarding my waxer leaving, but she didn't. This economy sucks so when I budget accordingly for something that isn't a necessity and the results aren't great is very disappointing. Like I said the lady was nice and she did a great job otherwise, I just wish I didn't have such a rocky first Impression as I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a good waxer in Modesto.
