So incredibly disappointed with Rayleen's staff. I had a full leg and arm waxing scheduled with Krysta Seal on December 23rd, and it was terrible. First, she has me lay down on the table and doesn't prep me with a powder or anything, just applies the wax and starts ripping huge amounts of hair. Not once did she take the time to explain the process or what type of wax she would be using. Krysta also doesn't check the temperature beforehand, to see if the wax is too hot or not. She merely slaps on the scolding wax carelessly. Instead of pressing the strip out for even coverage, it's plopped on the skin for a millisecond then ripped off. Leading to breakage. Once removing 70% of the hair, she'll roughly wipe you down with a cold towel, which normally is supposed to be heated for the client's comfort. Talk about being unprepared. She didn't apologize and continued that for about three more times. For someone who claims to be a wax specialist for over 10 years; she lacked basic skills. I mean, from the moment I walked in she seemed frazzled. She also had a strange role play ASMR playing in the background and laughed about it. Again, being unprofessional. I yanked myself from the sticky table paper, got up, and put my clothes back on, but only to find several areas on my legs/thighs/arms to be covered in residual wax... I felt as if I was getting waxed all over again. Ouch! This was hands down the most underwhelming experience I have ever had with waxing. Krysta doesn't show attention to detail, she rushes services and doesn't know how to communicate. I now understand why there are no reviews here for waxing. read more
