I had a facial with Danielle and she was very soft spoken and provided step by step of what she was doing next. She also added the head massage was amazing! Next I had a foot detox bath with Lauren! She is hands down so knowledgeable! She gave me a lot of advice and what I should focus on. I had a lot of inflammation in my body which this bath took out. She also gave such a nice relaxing foot massage afterwards! After I went into the cocoon fitness pod. This was an experience which felt like I was in a sauna. I was looking for infrared sauna and was told about the pod service at Sweet Escape. I was able to visit their website and see a video on what the pod does and how it works. I scheduled my first visit online and Lauren welcomed me upon arrival. She walked me through what to expect and the features of the pod. The room was relaxing, I had my option of music and Lauren gave excellent direction. One I was comfy in the pod, Lauren came back in and showed me how the menu on the pod worked. Easy enough, we started the session. I did a 30 min session, Lauren came in mid way and placed a cold cloth on my head. The pod had many health benefits and after a pod session I sleep so well. The pod has different heat and massage levels, you can change them at any time. I love the pod! I bought a package which gives me a discounted price. Erlinda (business owner) and her current team of Lauren, Ashley, and Kate are beyond welcoming and their professionalism speaks volumes. I have done the following services: waxing ( brow, lip, and Brazilian), massage, pedi, and nail when it was offered. Services were and are great! I had my first Brazilian wax done here, and as a first timer, I remember the fear of pain I would have doing it. Erlinda coached and assured me all the way till the day of and was EXTREMELY gentle and took her time so I would be comfortable getting it done. Props to her patience! Location is easy to get to, they have a acquired a new space that will be open soon which will also be ash to get to in the heart town. Place is serene, clean, and comfortable.
