I believe Mia, if im not mistaken, did my pedicure and I came in with my nails trimmed how I like because sometimes techs cut them too short and it hurts to walk. But she was very thorough and cleaned up what I missed. She was very gentle as well, no complaints. I will definitely be back. Very pleasant 30 minute service for the cheapest pedicure. read more

Edit- if you don't remember me then how would you know what happened when I called? I called when I was a minute away to see if there was time. I am a hairstylist if someone called asking for a service I would say yes someone is available or no but at this time. That's not an excuse. You either have time or don't. TERRIBLE! This is the worst place I've been to so far. These nails are ridiculous a 5 year old could do better then this. Service was trash as well, I got charged 70 dollars for these nails, 15 extra for a " soak off " even though she only soaked 4 nails off and ripped the others off. Since my gel polish didn't dry well it cause an air bubble and popped. Hit this place early in the day and was able to be seen without an appointment. They have 16 pedicure massage chairs and use a disposable plastic bag in their foot soak tub to keep it clean. I don't know if they autoclave their tools (if they do they should advertise it) but they did a great job. The have a rotary nail dremmel to sand down thick nails and pliers to cut them. Deluxe Pedicure was $48 and ran 40 minutes. Tipped $20. read more

When I first came to this location I got an a gel pedicure and an amazing gel manicure that lasted weeks . I came in on Monday 4/11 to a get manicure & pedicure . Giving a one-star rating based on my experience with the front desk/manager. Upon arrival he was sleeping and when he was awake I only saw him get up from his seat to use an electric cigarette. I called in prior to make sure there was availability for two pedicures, he told us there was no wait and we came in. We live less than 5 minutes away. Went here for my birthday as a treat for myself. Walked in and I was looked at as if I was going to be a waste of their time. I was sat down and remained optimistic since I've had plenty of pedicures and know what to expect. I don't remember the technicians name however she seemed nice at first but when I explained to her regarding one of my toe nails being torn in half she then appeared to get annoyed at the fact I asked if there was a way to fix it. She said yes and filled it with acrylic. After she finished with the filling she informed me it was going to be an extra $10 dollar charge. I did not understand why she couldn't tell me before hand, which I don't mind paying the extra if it was going to look decent. The callous removing was non existent, The "massage" was just a slab of lotion on my legs and was poorly rubbed around. She brings out the hot stones and barely touches me with them, she cut the skin on both of my big toes. I asked for a certain color and she said it didn't look nice which I understand if it didn't, however I tried to ask for a similar color that would look nice and she said no look at the samples so I ended up going with the generic white. The acrylic toe came out crooked. And at the end when I went to pay I thought I would be asked how was my experience, however I was told how much it was and if I would be leaving cash as a tip or through my card. Seriously had to be the worst pedicure I've ever received. In the end I did not feel relaxed and pampered as I hoped I would but instead went into my car and cried of the frustration and disappointment I had. read more

I got a manicure with Don yesterday. Request someone else if he is going to be working on you. He cut me FIVE times on one hand. His polish work is horrible. There are bubbles in the polish. And the polish is very uneven closer to the cuticles. He didn't file my nails straight, the nail on my middle finger is at a slant. (I keep my nails filed straight across with rounded edges). So really he just needed to trim and maybe file the sharp corners to round them out a bit more. Did I mention he cut me FIVE times?! I've been to the NT on Roselle. I've never had a problem there. Thought we would go in a give this location a shot. Big mistake. What a well thought out response. You're blaming my toes for not drying after over 30 minutes. One light touch and everything practically came off. I'm pretty sure my toe nails aren't polish repellent. If I had left again with the polish that was set on my toes, I would not want to waste my time to come back for a touch up especially if I live hours away. Pathetic to blame the customer and accuse. I spent well over 170 including tip. That's a waste of my time and therefore my money. Business is business. I could've gone somewhere else so check yourself. People are not out to get you, they pay for your service and those services should be rendered in an acceptable condition. My mom and I went in yesterday for mani/pedis. Kim did my pedi and Hai did my moms and the pedis were great. My moms manicurist did a great job on her nails and she is satisfied with them. I did not catch her name but she was at the acrylic station. Hai did a gel manicure for me and it's probably the worst experience I've had for a mani. The first time around I chose to do a color and some red tips. The tips seemed uneven to me and I didn't like the base color (my fault for choosing that color). He cut me with a nail file on my pinky but I let it go. I told the receptionist, who was really nice, that I didn't like how it turned out and she said they'll fix it and had Hai re-do them. The second time, he cut several of my fingers. He wasn't wearing gloves and he wiped the blood with his THUMB and smeared the blood on my nail and just continued. Only after he noticed that several fingers were bleeding, he put barbacide I believe (small bottle with blue liquid) but he still wasn't wiping it clean. Another worker saw me complaining to my mom about the cuts and how it hurt and she is the one that sprayed peroxide on both hands and told him to wipe. My finger continued to bleed after I left the salon. The kind receptionist suggested I do a clear coat with tips and she instructed him on what to do since there was a language barrier. I know I said yes to thin tips but I can see the whites of my own nails underneath it! I'm getting married this week and just wanted a simple manicure and now have all these cuts on my hands and have to re-do my manicure a third time. Again, my moms manicurist did a great job so there are competent nail artists here but I got stuck with a bad one. read more

We have been coming here for years. My daughter went in today with my mom for a manicure with a picture of what she wanted. She was told she can't have 2 colors. Then she was told they can't help her match the color in the picture she was showing them. When I called the man I spoke to said they don't help anyone match the color because it is not their responsibility if the color doesn't match or if the customer doesn't like it when they get home. I proceeded to ask him so people bring in pictures of what they want and no one will match it? He said that is right. And then when she finally started to soap my feet the water was terribly hot and almost burnt my feet. And after she put some cold water she kept speaking to her coworker like she's talking shit abt my toes. I told her I was in the hospital admitted for 3 months and sorry abt my toes being so long. But I think she didn't hear all that. She removed my mail polish and cuz one of my big toes was bruised and half way black she told me she's not helping me.
