There were only four technicians working, yet multiple customers were repeatedly being told it would be a "20-minute wait," even though several people were already waiting. The actual wait ended up being much longer. My niece and her friends were also rushed through their nails because they were kids. Their services felt very bare minimum, yet there was still no problem charging extra. The most concerning part was when my sister's nails were cut to the point of bleeding. There was no acknowledgment, apology, or offer to make the situation right, not even a small discount. There was also another customer who was waiting for her manicure and needed to leave. I offered to pause my manicure and start my pedicure so the technician could finish with her and she could leave sooner. Despite trying to help them manage the situation, there wasn't even a simple "thank you." Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those situations matters. Unfortunately, we left feeling like the customer experience was not a priority.

I specifically asked for a manicure, but aside from very minimal cuticle cleaning, not much else was done. In my experience, a manicure should include more than that. The removal was from a previous hard gel set I had actually gotten done at this same salon, and between the removal and the so-called manicure, I was extremely disappointed with the final result. I do love the color, but I'm very unhappy with the quality of the work I have nailed Polish everywhere. What also made the experience uncomfortable was hearing the woman doing my nails whisper that she and the lady who sits in the front are the only ones there who are good at doing nails. Based on the work I received, I definitely don't agree. And I question if they are the only two that are good at doing nails with the product that was used on me why would they assign that job to someone that don't know how to use the product, I can see why it only lasted two weeks. For $40, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. If I could clear the stars completely out I would.

I get a better service and more precise and clean work for $50.00. Then I decided to go in for manicure two days later. I was very clear and communicated that I wanted to keep my natural nails but to use dip powder or acrylic powder, no tips. I sat down and repeated the same information to the nail tech. She acknowledged my request and showed her a picture of what I wanted. What was the first thing she does? Cuts my nails lol I was plain shocked and stunned at this point. I let it go and let her continue. Then she puts on tips and continued to her mediocre work. At the end I was left with nails looking like a five year old did them. I'm just so over nail salons who over promise, don't listen to what you are asking them for, and then charge you unbelievably hefty price on top. This set cost $65.00. Again, my nail tech in Modesto does a spectacular job for $45.00. The owner asked me how I liked my nails and I just smiled and said good. At this point it was too late. Will I go back again? No.

She drilled so deeply that she went through my nail and exposed my nail bed. It started bleeding, and now my nail is raw, painful, and stings whenever I walk or put pressure on it. To make matters worse, after injuring my nail, they still tried to charge me full price, including for additional services that I never received because I had to stop the appointment due to the injury. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I left in pain, with an injured nail, and without any concern or fair resolution from the staff. This 3rd time around I planned to get a gel fill and gel pedicure with acrylic (to shape my toe nail beds) While the lady was starting on my pedicure, she stated the total would be $81 for everything. I agreed and she continued with my feet. Then, we moved on to my gel fill and at the end she wrote $121 on the receipt. I was a literally confused on the total and I asked her " Wait, I believe the total was $81" and she said " No it's $50 for acrylic powder and $31 for gel pedicure" and I was baffled. Then I said " well I've never spent that much on a pedicure and you stated $81 in the beginning" That means each toe was $5 = $50 for 10 toes to use acrylic powder on it. I have been to many salons in Los Angeles region, including Beverly Hills and I have never had a salon charge $81 for the most basic pedicure. The most I've spent along with acrylic was $60. But they were charging $81!! Not including tip. As a marketing professional that price is wayyyyy over price and they need to be a little transparent and have the management be transparent with its customers. I can see it being a huge problem in the future overcharging for some acrylic powder. Suggestion: maybe drop down the price for acrylic powder for pedicures to $2/toe. I can see that being a viable option. So that means the total for gel pedicure w acrylic powder = $51 not including tip. But anyways they did a great job but I disliked how they handled the situation especially being a new salon. I'm hesitant to return back here unless they become more transparent with pricing and list it on their menu about acrylic powder addition pricing . ALSO, my receipt said NT nails meaning this salon must be a sister salon to the NT nail salons around town apparently. Not the biggest fan of those salons either based on previous experiences there.
