Love this shop! I come in here about every 3 weeks and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They remember my name and will ask me how my recent trip was if I told them at my last appointment I was going somewhere for work or for fun. A lot of times when I visit the shop I am on my way home from work. I generally put my work backpack on the ground next to me, and every time I do that, the gentleman who works in the shop puts a small chair next to me and puts my backpack in the chair. I guess it's a small gesture but it's still meaningful to me. A few weeks ago, I had an appointment made for 5:15pm. Around 4:50pm, Hailey called to let me know they were running a bit behind and asked if I would be willing to come around 5:45pm. I just really appreciated that they respected me and my time enough to give me a heads up instead of letting me arrive to the shop and wait 30 minutes. I had something I was trying to wrap up that afternoon anyway so having the extra 30 minutes worked out perfectly for me. The nails are great too. Best pedicures at a great price. I absolutely love this place to get my pedicures. They do an amazing job and I've never had my polish chip (regular polish!) in all the years I've gone here. This is my mom and I go to spot and the staff remembers us and always makes time to fit us in. Sometimes my mom goes in to get a pedicure by herself when I'm not in town and staff always ask how I am or they will ask how my mom is doing if I have to come in by myself for a pedicure. I just left this salon and was not happy at all. All I wanted was a manicure. The employee did not clean my cuticles well. You can see in the photos. Also, you can see my nails aren't even, now I have to go file them at home. Not to mention the first coat that she applied was so clumpy! I had to say something (I was not rude either), the lady's response was that it was the nail polish, but for me not to worry because the next coat would cover it. (Who says that, like these are my nails, I have to be happy with them for at least a few days). Which maybe yes, it'll "cover it" but you can feel the clumps after the coat dries, that would drive me insane! I said I was not okay with clumpy nails and she took them off and applied just the clear coat. That shows she doesn't take pride in her work. I'm paying for my nails, not getting them for free. No, she wasn't rude, sweet lady. I wasn't rude either, just spoke up when I saw a clumpy coat on my nails. I didn't like the way she did my nails and won't be back. But seriously this place was seriously the best pedicure of my life. I actually got the deluxe pedicure which consisted of regular pedicure, paraffin, callus, hot stone, spa. Hailey was my technician and she was awesome. Danny did mine and my daughters manicures. He was super nice and dealt with all my daughters requests in such a professional manner. They do NOT clean the around the cuticles at ALL when they are finished. I would not recommend. I went there on Monday July 18th and my toe is still damaged. See photo. My pedicure was painful. I left with my big toe damaged. The male (don't know his name) he did not introduce himself. He cut the side of my toe and tried to stop the bleeding when that failed he put nail glue on the wound to stop the bleeding. It continued to bleed. He left me in the chair so when I got up to leave one of the others helped me remove the toe separators and out the door. I have never had such a mess in the years I have gone to have pedicures. Beware if you go there. read more

I used to love coming here for Kate, now that I found out she left, sadly I will not be returning. I wanted a squared full set with green tips. I got in a little before 10 am left at about 11:20 am. I'm never the type to point out anything wrong but it was bad enough for me to ask to fix, multiple times. I was done pointing out and asking to keep fixing them as they were just getting worse. Very horrible experience here today, me and my bridesmaids came here to get our toes done before my wedding. They did a horrible job on our pedicure French tip looked like they painted on a straight line and when we tried to complain they were very rude and aggressive while trying to fix the issue. We left with ugly toes we will have to go to another salon to get them fixed before the big day. When we asked to get them done by a more experienced person (I assume was the owner or manager) was very rude and said "I hope to never see you again" and he won't. I highly recommend never going here unless you want toes with smudges and one of my bridesmaids left with a bleeding toe from how rough they scrubbed her feet. read more
