Went in there to ask information about getting my nails done and they right away said "what do you…read morewant" not in a friendly tone, they seemed very annoyed that I walked in and it made me as a customer feel like a bother to them. I mentioned how I wanted to get my nails done but automatically, before I even got to finished my sentence, the two ladies looked at each other then went back to what they were doing then without even glancing towards me and said "not until later" after specific time (again in a harsh tone). I understand they don't have a lot of staff and are probably busy, I didn't want to make their day more difficult but I was not even going to get my nails done this exact day, I just wanted information and I thought to stop by instead of calling because I was right outside the building. No greeting or a "hello" when walking in, just a "what do you want." Although, I didn't get my nails done by this salon, customer service was not good or even decent, and I will definitely not be going there.

Vivian, owner, often makes you feel like you're bothering her when you check in. They should hire a receptionist to check in clients so Vivian doesn't have to interrupt her time with her clients. Sometimes she catches herself being irritated and annoyed and softens her tone a bit. Avoid Aiden for your nails too. He's typically in a bad mood and seems at odds with Kaden. Aiden bashed Kaden's work on my nails once only to do just as poor a job as Kaden. I won't return.
