Wish I could give 0 stars. One of the worst experiences I've had at a nail shop. Don't even bother booking an appointment they're just going to accept walk-in's over anyone with an appointment. Owner is rude and doesn't seem to care much. Owner will stop nails constantly to answer phone calls, cash people out, and even to do someone else's nails. Love Love Love my mani(dip powder on natural nail $50) Pedi(regular spa with polish $33) I had grown out my nails and was hesitant on doing powder because I do not like my natural nail shape and my cuticles suck! But the came out beautiful! Mary did my pedicure and they came out so nice! For the basic Pedi, she massaged my feet and legs and shaped them nicely Vivian did my nails and I can not stress how good they look. She did say they do lite cuticle clean ,if you want the real deal you have to pay extra for a manicure, but my cuticles look great with the lite cleaning she did. Gel nails and toes for a child it came out to $101 which was pricey, basic acrylic nails and toes with a 3d flower and a couple rhinestones was $264. I had asked for a full 3d flower and only gave me half a flower. The flower on my toe fell off the next day. Then 2 days later the flower on my finger came off as well. The glue from the rhinestones were very visible. They were like spider web lines on my nails from the glue. When trying to communicate with him on what I wanted and all the stuff that was wrong , he just kept shaking his head. read more

Helen my tech is so friendly, and gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. My wife's tech, Nancy was also delightful, also very friendly, and outstanding work (pedicure). Unlike the other review I had an amazing experience. I did not witness any dirty tools being used. Everyone was very welcoming. Vincent did my pedicure for my wedding and did an incredible job, plus he's so nice. I'm literally sitting in the salon now typing my review because I had such a good experience. The other review also makes me wonder if other salons in town are trying to sabotage this place because it's so nice. I mean the reviewer only has one review and lives all the way in lathrop? Doesn't make sense. So I'll continue sitting here sipping my complimentary mimosa while Vincent finishes up with CLEAN tools. Pro tip: some pedicures come with steam service which is aaaamazing. Spectacular services! Hubby and I were looking for a new nail spot and hit on this jewel. The atmosphere is chill and pretty, the pedicure menu was expansive and well priced. I got the mint pedicure and the deluxe manicure, hubby got the cucumber pedicure and deluxe mani. We were very comfortable and pampered. Both of us have trouble with ingrown toenails and they clipped, cleaned, and medicated them proper. 100% recommend and this is totally our new spot! read more

I am very picky about where I get my nails done as I'm big on sanitation and technique. I'm so glad a decided to take a chance and go as a walk in. Caden (spelling?) was my tech and did a great job. He was also gentle. No burns or bleeds! And I came in with really bitten up nails and cuticles. It was my first time getting dip powder and I'm loving it. He gave me exactly what I asked. I feel like my nails/cuticles are healthier already. Bonus points for encouraging me to soak of and not rip them off. I'll be back! read more

I usually don't write reviews however I had a horrible experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone . My daughter and I went in for shellac manicure and pedicure paid $136 ( not including tip) for the shellac to chip on both of our nails within a week when typically will last on my nails for 3 weeks to a month without chip. For the amount of money I paid did not match the experience and quality of work, the guy who did my nails rushed through every step. He did not allow full time for my nails to sit in Led nail lamp. To top it off one of the workers told me if I pay cash I could get 5 % off and that if I use their atm to withdraw money the atm machine will only charge me $1 that's it. That's a big lie/scam I was charged $1 for withdrawing and later saw on my account I was charge $3 by atm company for using atm to withdraw cash and another $3 on top of that for atm disclosing the amount. Which that was not disclosed during the atm withdrawal process. Horrible experience and will never go back there. read more

I had a family emergency while getting a pedicure, all I wanted to do was answer my phone that was plugged into the wall. Not only did he care MORE about finishing the paint on my toes than to let me answer my phone but started speaking to his coworker in another language and laughing at me even though I was on the verge of tears and couldn't get a hold of my family. Apparently staff here doesnt have kids because they were making fun of me being in a panic and asking REPEATEDLY to let me grab my phone so I can call my finance back. Mind you I had cash in my hands and was more than willing to end the service there. When it came time to pay I got a REGULAR no gel pedicure with two acrylics on my big toes and of course magically ends up being $50. When I asked for a price breakdown of how I was paying that price when the regular no gel costs $33 and I figured the acrylics would be $3 each. the lady at the front rolls her eyes and says $7 each! lol I got plain white nail polish no gel. It's ridiculous how they will mess with the prices so you won't walk out of there spending less than $50. Horrible experience, I was already having a stressful day came there to decompress and they made it worse! I never ever leave a service without tipping but this day I left no tip because he laughed at me and withheld me from answering my phone so he could finish my toes. Never recommending to anyone. I never write reviews but I was so disappointed with the manicure I had done at KV that I just had to. I very seldom get my nails done but for an important event I decided to treat myself and get a French gel manicure. Unfortunately this was the worst manicure I've ever had and I'm not one to be very picky or have high standards. The gentleman who did my nails had me soak my old gel (done at home) off and he never had me wash my hands to remove the acetone. My already drier skin dried out so terribly it took almost a week to recover. He never asked what shape or length I wanted, just went to town filing them into different shapes, some squared, some rounded, others were crooked... I asked him to please shape them a certain way and even them out, he seemed irritated and said he would shape them after the manicure was done...?? And he did. He never wiped my nails with alcohol then only did a single thin layer of foundation and the most uneven and sloppy French tip I've ever seen. The gel didn't even go to the edge of my nails leaving exposed nail. In the past with other salons, gel manicures will easily last me two weeks but with this one I had broken and chipped nails the next day and due to traveling out of the country that evening I couldn't get them fixed for the event I had them done for. I paid $35 plus a tip, it was inexpensive and the quality definitely reflected that. I'm shy and tried to let him know what I wanted but it didn't turn out well at all and I left so bummed out. It seemed to be a nice, clean salon but my whole experience was so bad I won't return. read more
