I specifically asked for a manicure, but aside from very minimal cuticle cleaning, not much else was done. In my experience, a manicure should include more than that. The removal was from a previous hard gel set I had actually gotten done at this same salon, and between the removal and the so-called manicure, I was extremely disappointed with the final result. I do love the color, but I'm very unhappy with the quality of the work I have nailed Polish everywhere. What also made the experience uncomfortable was hearing the woman doing my nails whisper that she and the lady who sits in the front are the only ones there who are good at doing nails. Based on the work I received, I definitely don't agree. And I question if they are the only two that are good at doing nails with the product that was used on me why would they assign that job to someone that don't know how to use the product, I can see why it only lasted two weeks. For $40, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. If I could clear the stars completely out I would.

Today I saw the owner of this business cus out and assault a grandmother and a very little girl because they walked in a parking space near the business. The crazy owner yelled and screamed at the poor people until they got in their car and drove away CRYING!!!!!! This business should be shut down. I called the police, but the poor lady and her little granddaughter were already gone so the police wouldn't do anything Don't give these hateful terrible people any of your money!! By the way. When my nail tech stepped away, this woman turned her attention to me and told me, "You're guilty by association, you Mexican ugly bitch." She then proceeded to threaten me and my nail tech with a gun. Shalonda, another employee, also decided to get involved and somehow I was the one in the wrong. Apparently, when my husband showed up to defend his 5-month-pregnant wife after a gun threat, that was an issue too. Two days later, the owner called my nail tech to apologize--but somehow I'm the one who is banned from the shop. Shalonda even felt the need to say she "doesn't give a [care] if that bitch is pregnant." So apparently being threatened is grounds for being banned, but threatening customers and verbally abusing employees is okay if you've been a client for 28 years? Interesting. If someone is threatening customers and employees with a firearm, maybe that person shouldn't be welcome at the place of business in the first place.
