Filed down my nails; soaked finger tips in warm, comfortable temperature water; applied cuticle juice, began shipping away at my cuticles; buffed my nails nice and smooth. Dangggggg, super fast- all within 10 minutes. I washed my hands and then he began the gel process. *one coat of base coat, hands in UV light. *two coats of Havana Cream Gel Polish, hands in UV light. *one coat of top coat, hands in UV light. *mini hand massage using coconut aloe lotion.....Done! My satisfying, complete gel manicure was done in less than 30 minutes! That's what I call service; go see Tony! Overall, the nail salon is, what it is. You got your manicure tables to the left and pedicure chairs to the right. It's bright and somewhat clean. For a "drop in" appointment, I'm satisfied with my visit.

First off everything was unprofessional. They bullied me into choosing the highest level service so I complied since I usually spend about $70 at my home town salon anyway. My sis and I were trying to enjoy our pamper day but when I asked for French on my toes, no body knew how! Literally how are you a nail tech but can't do French? They called over 3 separate people to try and do French on my toes! My sister did a solid color and was literally done with her service while they were still trying to do French on me. I said forget just give me a solid color. Truly Insane. Then my sister is waiting for me now and she goes to the bathroom, the lady doing my toes asked if we were friends or sisters. I said we are sisters. She looked shocked and said "she is so tiny and you are big like fat" I have NEVER in all the years seen someone in the service industry call their client fat. Are you dumb? Do you not want a good tip? My sis comes back from the bathroom and asked how it was going and I told her in front of the lady "well she just called me fat so I kinda wanna leave" the lady just giggled and my sis was visibly upset. She finishing the service and I go to pay, she's complaining in native tongue that I won't tip her (YOU CALLED ME FAT WTF) out of not wanting to cause a scene (language barrier) I paid $87 after card machine tax - almost $100 down the drain! We get to the car and my sis notices I still have the mask from my service on my leg, I tried letting this go but it's only been 3 days and my entire big toe chipped off already. ZERO STARS - DONT come to this location Edit to my OG review: To the Business Owner, As I appreciate the accountability, I don't feel comfortable coming back into your establishment and trusting anyone there with the health of my feet. They confirmed. So beside that odd encounter, the SAME song played the entire time. Over an hour. We mentioned it and they said ya... same song. We requested anything else, a Playlist or something. But the song remained. I used to come here for years. It's on its 3rd owner since we started coming. Beside my personal review, theres aseptic technique concerns. Some care was provided with gloves and then without. And the orange scrub they dip in and out of with the same wooden stick for every customer. Likely will not be returning here for these reasons plus many that have occurred before. Overall nice people. Just need to work on atmosphere and following aseptic technique for customer safety. Diabetic foot care also a concern for some that came with me here as well
