There was no acknowledgment, apology, or offer to make the situation right, not even a small discount. There was also another customer who was waiting for her manicure and needed to leave. I offered to pause my manicure and start my pedicure so the technician could finish with her and she could leave sooner. Despite trying to help them manage the situation, there wasn't even a simple "thank you." Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in customer service.
