The worst pedicure I've ever had! My sis comes to this salon regularly and loves her girl. We decided to have a sister day and she brought me with her for a pedicure. First off everything was unprofessional. They bullied me into choosing the highest level service so I complied since I usually spend about $70 at my home town salon anyway. My sis and I were trying to enjoy our pamper day but when I asked for French on my toes, no body knew how! Literally how are you a nail tech but can't do French? They called over 3 separate people to try and do French on my toes! My sister did a solid color and was literally done with her service while they were still trying to do French on me. I said forget just give me a solid color. Truly Insane. Then my sister is waiting for me now and she goes to the bathroom, the lady doing my toes asked if we were friends or sisters. I said we are sisters. She looked shocked and said "she is so tiny and you are big like fat" I have NEVER in all the years seen someone in the service industry call their client fat. Are you dumb? Do you not want a good tip? My sis comes back from the bathroom and asked how it was going and I told her in front of the lady "well she just called me fat so I kinda wanna leave" the lady just giggled and my sis was visibly upset. She finishing the service and I go to pay, she's complaining in native tongue that I won't tip her (YOU CALLED ME FAT WTF) out of not wanting to cause a scene (language barrier) I paid $87 after card machine tax - almost $100 down the drain! We get to the car and my sis notices I still have the mask from my service on my leg, I tried letting this go but it's only been 3 days and my entire big toe chipped off already. ZERO STARS - DONT come to this location Edit to my OG review: To the Business Owner, As I appreciate the accountability, I don't feel comfortable coming back into your establishment and trusting anyone there with the health of my feet. I would appreciate a full refund for what I went through. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off the place is filthy. Additionally I asked for a full set and showed a picture. The nail tech assured me she could do it. She finishes and nails look nothing like the photo. I explain to her that it doesn't look the same. I tell her if you're unable to do it that's okay just let me know and I'll pick a solid color. She again says she can do it, removes everything and does it again and it still looks the same. I explained multiple times I was unhappy with how they looked. When I get to the counter I explain to the guy taking my money, I do not like these they look nothing like the picture there's no way I'm paying $82 dollars for this. I ask if I am able to come back tomorrow and have them painted over as I have now been here for over 2 hours. He says no. I said okay then I would like to have them removed. They were extremely rude about it. I ended up paying $20 dollars to have them removed and wasted more than 2 hours of my time. I hardly ever speak up in these kinds of situations but these were awful, and the service was horrible. I will be reporting to board of barbering and cosmetology along with the photos of the filthy condition of this shop. Business license they have posted has also been expired for 7 months. read more

I got mini Spa Pedicure, which came out pretty well. The quality was pretty good! I noticed different treatment to other customers who had walked in after me-- in greeting, tone of voice, and general eye contact throughout my entire experience. I don't mind crediting their work, but I did not feel welcome in this nail salon and will not be back unfortunately. read more

Upon arrival, the doors were locked (almost 30mins after opening). The front desk man opened it while on the phone. After his call ended, there was no greeting. I said hi a few times and received no response back. I received a regular pedicure. None of the tools were in sterilized bags. I should've advocated for myself and requested newly cleaned tools...The lady who did my pedicure did an okay job - a very quick job without any conversation. I still tipped to recognize her time. I will not be returning as I didn't find the staff friendly -- most importantly, the business' lack of cleanliness. read more

I love and nails been to several of their locations. My daughter and I decided to try this new location on Oakdale rd. After 5 days of having a new acrylic set on, as Well as my daughter getting gel pedicure and manicure. A total of $170 plus $20 tip $5 to eachl lady. My daughter's nails completely peeled off in 3 days. And within 5 days , 3 of my acrylic nails completely broke off, one hanging by a thread. We both went in to have them fixed. They charged no price which was fair. But three days later , they fell off again and my daughters gel peeled off. Also supposed to be cat eye.... which they charge extra.... Do you see cat eye lol? SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! I've been doing my nails for years And have never had this issue , we'll never be coming back. Do better ... read more

The pedicure experience was not worth it here. I came with my young daughter and was questioned 3 times of her age to get a kids pedicure for her. Then there was a discussion among the employees, and they kept pointing at my daughter. I didn't know what was said but the gestures were enough. I asked if there was a problem. The receptionist guy was hesitant to answer. (When you say um for more than 5 seconds long, it's obvious.) For me, they were pushy to upgrade and add services, which I'm glad I didn't. The time spent on my service was less than 15 minutes. The tech didn't file or smooth out my nails, and was quick with everything else. She only put one coat of nail polish - sloppy job. I pay for better service for the same price in the Bay Area. read more

I got lucky the first time I came here and got Anna to do my manicure, she is so kind and never fails at doing a great job. She's quick yet thorough and is so patient with me going way too long between appointments. I come back just for her! I cannot recommend her enough! read more

I've always had good experiences here except for today. Cindy at #14 was extremely rude and wouldn't allow me to give much input as to how I wanted my nails. I now can barely type on my phone because my thumbnails are so crazy long. Not only that but I've never been charged so much for tedious little things as I have been today. I am from LA, land of the nails. Lol so when I moved to Modesto for a boy, I was worried I wouldn't find a good nail salon. I was wrong. I found it. My boyfriend's mom goes here and recommended it. I did a walk-in and was greeted by the sweetest and friendliest girl! She immediately got me in and it was busyyy! The gal that did my nails was Sunny and holy moly, this chick is FAST and EFFICIENT! She did my mani pedi in less than 45 minutes. I kept it simple. Just a regular mani pedi. See photos. And I loved it!!! I will definitely come back here. I went in for a pedicure. The price online said it was around $70 for gel ended up paying around $84 without a tip not really sure how the prices fluctuate so much from online to checkout. Then the lady proceeded to drench my feet and oil and didn't even bother to wipe it off before I got up and I almost slipped. Very awkward and uncomfortable experience. read more

Honestly I'm so disappointed. My nails lasted no longer than a week. Each one of my nails broke the same way with only the tip falling off. I'm very careful about my nails & they've all broke off so easily. And they already lifting. I went in on Friday to get one of my broken nails fixed & they did fix it but walked away & had someone else come finish it. But literally less than a few hours after I left my other nails broke. The tips were not glued on properly because they all are popping off and breaking the same way. I literally PICKED UP MY PILLOW AND A NAIL TIP FLEW OFF !! I paid 80 dollars just for them to last me less than a week. I'm so just so upset I paid just for them to be his bad. I would really like my money back even though I know they won't refund me . But this is just so unacceptable. read more

Her creative talent is beyond incredible, that even when I don't know what I want done, I fully trust her opinions and she outdoes herself each time. Having my nails done is one of my favorite things, and it's the only thing I really do for myself. I had recently moved to the area earlier in the year and was looking for a Gel-X artist, and I am so happy I found Gisele. Her work and her character as a whole is truly what keeps me coming back. Each set has lasted me around 4 weeks (6 weeks being the longest), with no breakage, no lost rhinestones, no anything. They have always lasted. The stylish funny guy at front desk named Peter was super helpful and said anyone at the salon could design. He wasn't a liar!! I sat down at table number 9 and met Hailey. She is so sweet and the quality service she gave me was amazing. She asked for my opinion and offered hers as well, making me feel so welcomed. I think she aced it. I found this place through my sister who found them on instagram. I booked an appt with Gisele. I wanted nails for the Taylor swift concert & I got them done back on July 19th and so I've got to say these nails look great for having them on a whole month! I will for sure be going back, Gisele made sure to ask me on my opinion and gave her own! Absolutely love the service there, everyone is so nice!!
