Went in for a regular $29 pedicure no gel or nothing just wanted them cleaned up and ended up having to come back home and clean them up myself. they did not cut my cuticles nor dead skin and finished everything up way to fast as if they were rushing. leg massage lasted maybe a min tops although he did use hot stones which was nice i guess. ended up paying $35 in the end ( additional $ for removing my old polish) just to redo everything myself at home which is what i was trying to save myself the hassle from in the first place. read more

She will take advantage of people. I came in because my uv lamp stopped working at home so I couldn't apply my press ons. I had my nails and gel with me and she charged me $30!! I was on my way to the airport and she knew I was in a bind. I was in and out in 5 mins. I was watching the clock because of my flight. When I asked her about the $30 she said something about "well you're desperate so I can charge you whatever " Such low class behavior. Won't be returning! No matter how many times i asked the nail tech and a lady (i believe the owner) what i was REALLY wanting. A proper manicure i was completely disregarded & the lady kept telling me how cuticles would be cut at the end over and over they never were and the nails looked very chunky. I also had asked for a soak off and the tech just popped my old acrylic set off with another fake nail. I spike up several times but that didn't matter because "everything would be done at the end" I felt completely ignored and the nails looked horrible. i had gone in to get a pedicure and a full set not only did the nail tech fail to mention she was not familiar with the style i wanted and if she would have said that i would have said okay and picked another set i had in mind however she failed to communicate that and did a poor job i however still paid as i had to get going to work i was very dissatisfied with the out come of my nails and we had called and spoke with the owner he said he would fix it however the entire set was not looking so good so i decided to change the set entirely a my faith in them to be able to do it had vanished they said that id have to pay $25 or $35 for them to change it i walked out and waited for the owner since he was more understanding so i went in and told him i wanted to change it completely he compared his nail salon to a food establishment. I do not wear food as nails are a cosmetic. mind you i have already paid $250 for 2 full sets and 2 pedicures i figured he would be more understanding however i was wrong the best outcome i got out of all of this was to simply take my nails off because from what the owner said he "is running a business and has to pay the nail tech for her (which is understandable) and his products" i completely understand that however what about the $250 i spent as his salon to get this service instead of trying to make it right he went on about he would be "loosing money" as if i didn't just loose $250 that i felt would be well spent at their salon. The owner still asked me why i wanted "3 days" i got them done Thursday it was Saturday when i went because i was to tired to go back Friday as i work NIGHT shift and also decided to loose sleep to try and fix the issue. I tried to be understanding with the owner and not cause a scene as he was in the middle of his own work day to be mindful however it was not reciprocated which i honestly feel is very wrong on his part to not even offer a partial refund or just simply be willing to understand where i was coming from and fix first set. We had even called before even going to see if he was going to be willing to do it so we wouldnt cause a scene and i could decide if i was going to loose those 3 hours of sleep for it he said "come on down we can fix it for you" when we arrived it was a different story and he wasnt even there read more

Went here today with my nieces to get 3 full sets, a pedicure, and my 2 younger nieces a Manipedi. Came in with about an hour till close and was told they can still do the services. My 2 younger nieces nails were painted sloppy and the design they wanted was not achieved. One of the techs told my 5 year old niece kid chill rudly n fake laughed when caught. My oldest niece had 3 different techs say they were going to do her nails n even glued on her nails and had her sitting around for 40 minutes till finally they said they can't do her service. My other niece had her hands tortured by the male nails tech who was yanking and rough with her and after leaving found out he made her bleed 2x. Vanessa said she could no longer do my nails because She was uncomfortable doing them. Not sure why that is and when I asked her why, she wouldn't give me an answer. I assume it's because I walked away when she once AGAIN was running late with her customers and AGAIN had to reschedule because she is horrible with time management. I have a busy schedule just as everyone else so when I make an appt I can't just reschedule every time. The foot pedicures there are HORRIBLE. I tried several people with NO luck. I've been coming to Nail Spa since 2008 and I just love it. I've never had a bad experience, the work is always consistent and I'm always satisfied leaving. When I noticed that my shape was off and there were bumps in my nails and my cuticle wasn't cut I asked if he could fix it, he proceeded and said oh the shape is fine and if you want your cuticle cuts it's five dollars extra. And I said I mean didn't know that getting your cuticle cut is now an extra five but that's fine and he went around one of my nails and I pointed out the other ones again and he said oh no it's fine and I showed him all the bumps in my nails and how I even they all were and he said they were find that next time to ask before... he was rude and he kept grabbing my hand really upset every time I showed him one of my nails was off. After my last experience here, I can honestly say I will never return unless Vanessa herself is doing my nails. I walked in and asked for my usual manicure and immediately got sat for it. After someone clipped off my old nails, they left me sitting there for exactly 20 minutes, finishing up someone else's pedicure before they started on me again. I thought it was disorganized but I am very patient so I waited. I left the salon in tears after being yelled at by her staff for asking questions regarding pricing. I have always paid $55 for almond shape acrylic manicure, every time. The tech doing my nails told me it was $70. I asked why and she went off on me, saying it would be $20 extra for the simple French tip design I asked for. I was polite the entire time asking questions but the nail tech got mad at me and refused to do the design unless I gave her $70. After yelling at me and complaining to her coworkers, it became a very hostile environment and I just said okay I'll pay the $70 so she stops yelling. I think she was still frustrated at me so she didn't put any care into the design and it kept looking messy. I just wanted to get out of there so I said forget it and went to pay. She seemed annoyed that I was crying while she was doing my nails. You come to a place like this to relax and feel pretty after getting your nails done and the fact that I felt like I was verbally abused and stressed made me never want to return. I feel taken advantage of, like they could treat me however they want because I was too nervous to stand up for myself. Very upset at this experience read more

I got 40 seconds of a hot rock barley getting into my muscles. I asked for harder.. and nothing. I then asked why it was over so she gave me another 10 seconds and each leg. Wtf. Its supposed to be relaxing? Don't reccomend. The workers dont listen to customers at all And im not a complainer... i litterally downloaded and signed up for yelp as i got my pedi. Amazing nails!! I've been many places for nails over the years and I've got to say I am so impressed with the quality of the work! My nails have never looked so good! I even had jewels and flowers glued to my nails, it has been 3 weeks and not one of them has fallen off, in fact, my nails look as good as the day i had them done and its been three weeks! Plus, it was peaceful and relaxing and i was done fairly quickly, no waiting around and everyone was so nice and friendly! I'm going to get a pedicure next time as well and i can't wait! I came here 3 times & each time it got worst but this last time I won't be coming back again. I asked for white sparkly acrylics in ballerina shape which is skinny & long and instead I got white acrylics with little to no sparkle on them and extremely thick almond shape. Would never recommend. Not to mention I had to tell her after she said we were "done" that she's supposed to file them down so they don't look as fat. read more
