I have loved polished for years but really dissatisfied after the last couple weeks. I had a nail come completely off after a week and a half, went in to get a fill and get it fixed. After five days the nail that was replaced came off again. Went back two days after that and had it fixed. The guys at the first table (who replaced it less than a week prior) put a whole nail back on with acrylic, and gel, in literally less than 5 minutes!!!! Shocked I walked out with little faith but tried to trust I was treated right since I come in every two weeks for the last four years. Nope! Today, literally one day later, THE SAME NAIL JUST POPPED OFF. While on vacation. Unfortunately will have to find a new salon after this. read more

The person who tried to take out my ingrown toe nail dug in my skin way too deep. Two days later , red irritation and oozing out puss. Not sure if they dont clean their tools correctly or reuse them between people . My toe is in a lot of pain now. This used to be my favorite place , but sadly won't be going back . read more

I love that they include hot stones in their basic pedicure as well. They also have lavender & citrus options for an upgraded price. For manicures, Lily is my go to girl. First and last time here. Came in for a refill on a Saturday and one of my nails unglued. Then I came in on Monday for them to fix it and they wanted to put glue instead of fixing it. They told me to come back at the end of the day like I don't have anything to do. Very bad service, and as soon as they were done talking to me they started talking to each other in Chinese in a very Rude and disrespectful way. They did not want to fix their mistake. Literally the absolute worst experience. I took my daughter and myself today 5/13/24. The pedicure was maybe 30 mins. I got the lavender pedicure, which I didn't see what he did diffrent from the classic that my daughter recieved. After being polished my faughter went to the dryer station and the lady just threw her shoes. We dried for 10 mins and by time we got home (we live 5 mins from the salon) my daughters nails were chipped. She didnt trip or do anything that would have chipped nail polished that was just dried fully! Her toes were painted so messy! I didn't notice until we got home. Mine chipped and I noticed he cut into my nail bed. The whole pedicure was rushed and the manicurist had bad customer service. They used to be my favorite but I won't be going back. read more

I went in to get the dip powder and was asked to come back in 30 min so I did, when I went back in Lily told me what took you so long when i was only gone the 30 minutes like they asked. She proceeded to remove my first nail, was in a hurry and tore both my nails. She should have used the foil to remove them but used a fake nail and tore 2 of my nails, I asked her why she removed them that way and did not use the foil, she said she thought i had acrylic on. A professional should know by looking at a nail if its acrylic or dip and besides that i specifically told her it was dip powder. I planned on keeping the length and i couldn't because she tore my 2 nails and it would look funny having 2 nails shorter than the others. I let her remove my nails and paid her $10 for the removal and told her that she messed up my nails and I was not happy and she said "oh well" after she took my money. If you go here do not let LILY do your nails because she obviously does not care. She was rushing in a hurry and did not listen to me when i furst told her what i wanted. One woman took my old gel off, using the method of wrapping in foil. She did a GREAT job. She really seemed like she knew what she was doing and I don't think I've ever had foils on my fingers that tight. Super efficient. But then another woman did everything else after that. Except the massage (pressure was perfect), all touches were so light it felt like she was nervous, brand new, or something. That always makes me concerned. I want them to feel really comfortable handling my fingers (and toes, as needed), and not timid and bashful. But - she turned out to give me a really great manicure. Its been just a few days, but they continue to look and feel really good. Beyond that - the environment is so cute. This is one of the most adorable, one of the prettiest, nail salons that I have ever been to. They even have a couple of chairs that are "hello kitty" for the littles! read more

The atmosphere is nice, clean and quiet which is the only reason for one star. I got a gel manicure here on my birthday. I told the lady I had not had a manicure in over a year. You can imagine the shape my cuticles were in. The whole manicure was so rushed. It took 15 min tops. She did not trim my cuticles. She let my fingers soak for maybe one minute. She did not file the face of my nail to ensure the gel set and stuck well. Four days after my gel manicure, I already had two nails with polish peeling off. One week later, all the polish was coming off in whole, solid pieces. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A GEL MANI. It is a complete waste of $30 dollars. They talk badly about their paying customers amongst each other in Vietnamese, as if people do not understand them. I've been going to Polished for 3 years every 3 weeks both myself and my daughter however as you can see I got a horrible fungus from them! I went back in and showed them my nails and the gentleman was nice and apologized but then the girl next to him kept saying it's from the acrylic and water getting inside however I've always done gel or powder! I didn't want to blast them but they use to soak off the old polish now all they do is sand down the top layer and keep putting layers of polish on your nails! They don't cut your cuticles just use the electric file! The service use to be great and they took their time but not anymore! I will NEVER go back!!! IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. There was a point in time when I did like coming to this nail shop to get my nails done by Amy. But her customer service has fell off completely. I made an appointment some months back (July 2022) I always call a week in advance to book my appointment. So I called to book my normal appointment on Sunday at 10a. I drive all the way there for them to casually say "Amy is not here." WTF?!! That instantly infuriated me. And for them to say you want to come back another day. No I do not want to come back another day. I chose THIS day because it works with my schedule. So at that moment I felt I was done with this shop. Fast forward to now, I decided to give Amy another try because I really liked her work. I called on Monday 10/17 to make my appointment for today 10/22. They took my name down and made the appointment. No problem. So where I am from, when you make an appointment that means you're going to be there and if not you CALL the customer to let them know. So I get there and am told AGAIN that Amy is not here. That was the last damn straw for me. I will never patronize this business and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone else.
