HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have never been to an establishment with such terrible customer service. My daughter and I came here to have some girl time. The minute we walked in, we should have known. The place was quite, no tv on, no music. The lady that was doing my pedicure was being super rough, about 5 minutes into my pedicure, she got a facetime call. She answered and was on the phone the ENTIRE time of my pedicure. She wasn't even paying attention most of the time to what she was doing. She was super loud and ubnoxious. She kept laughing, looking at her phone, just so annoying!! A few times she even pointed her phone at me, as if she was showing me to the man she was talking to!! How RUDE!!! Wish I would have said something but I didn't want to be confrontational, I was just so mad!! Never go to this place. It's super run down and the service is just horrible. read more

I love Oakdale nails! I always get excellent service and my nails last so long. The place is clean and the staff are wonderful.

Came in for a basic gel pedi. $45. The whole experience was subpar. I tipped an additional $5 because she was nice but she even cut my toe! Lol and I left with crooked lines.. meh.. I won't be back. They do have a lot of nice gel colors. read more

What a wonderful experience!!! I went here for nails and pedicure. The girl Jacki who helped me told me that there were a bunch of new girls at the shop. Jacki and the others all used their own personal products and my retention was amazing. I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to my hands and she took very good care of me making sure not to cut or hurt me during the mani or the pedi!! I've never been here prior to my appt but it seems like a fun place there lots of young and fresh faces with lots of new nail designs. One girl even had the cutest Hello Kitty nails done. I will definitely be coming back here!! They also offered me a care kit at the end. It was an extra charge but worth it the cuticle oil in the kit is amazing!!! read more

Walked in and requested manicure for my husband. Woman at front work station tells him come back in 30 minutes, great. We come back in exactly 30 minutes and another women with loud shrill voice says come back in 20 minutes. We say we were told to come back in 30. She starts yelling not to jump on her! Crazy woman. Please please please DO NOT GO HERE!! This nail shop is more like a chop shop. She uses illegal products that are terrible for your nails and doesn't care. Didn't find out till I booked an appointment with another salon and couldn't do a soak off because it was so gummy: I had to cut them off with nail clippers myself. I got one fill from the owner "June" and she destroyed my nails. She also does pedicures on people with foot fungus and infected toes. I regret ever going there. read more

They don't even know how to do ombré. They only have gel colors no acrylic colors This nail salon is very outdated they do not care to learn new trends they only offer outdated trends. They didn't even do my coffin nails correctly. I just wanted ombré coffin acrylic nails. They suck at coffin, they only have clear acrylic and expect you to be ok with gel colors, they don't do ombré. It's 2021 please learn some new trends. I went in today with 4 of my daughters to get full sets and pedicures. They did a horrible job, cut two of my four daughters fingers. June did not know how to do ombré as she said she did. This was a waste of $230 we waited so long to have a girls day and this was the worst. We will never go back there. June the owner did our nails, we informed her we didn't like how they came out she was very rude and then asked us to leave instead of offering to fix the mistake. Went in for an eyebrow wax ! Literally the worst place ever. June grabbed my head super aggressively to fix my head correctly instead of telling me nicely. My eyebrows are uneven and super thin. She left wax on my face still & would put wax on my eyelids too. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! This place advertises a great price and then when you get in there they say you are getting the deluxee version and charge you twice as much, be careful of the owner, she runs a tight ship and an iron fist. My daughter went to Oakdale Nails with a friend. She wanted to get acrylic nails for the very first time. We will not go back to this nail salon. Her nails are too long, even when she asked twice to shorten them. Plus the nail polish fell on the floor by accident and the lady demanded that she pay for it. Even though it was not her fault. I have been treated much better at other nail salons in Oakdale. Will not be returning to this one. read more

Went to Oakdale Nails for a pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had! So impressed and happy right now. For $20 I got a massage chair, a foot soak, oil and lotion massage for my legs and feet AND a hot stone leg massage. She clipped my nails and detailed my feet gently and perfectly. They fixed a tragic fill I had gotten in Riverbank... they were quick to get me seated and all the girls were super friendly. I am excited I went in to see them... I had scheduled a 12:30 appointment for 2 people. One person would get a manicure and a pedicure, while the other person got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. When we walked in, the lady made our seats and we sat down, expecting to get our pedicures done at the same time. One person started working on my pedicure and my cousin sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to start her pedicure. Once mine was almost done, someone finally began to work on her feet. My pedicure looked fine and my cousin's looked good, but the problem came to the manicures. My nails were supposed to be a simple white color. The lady painted on my cuticle and didn't bother to erase it. The nails obviously showed that the strokes on my nails were not even throughout the layers. My cousin got acrylics which look horrible. They were supposed to be white squared nails and on the ring finger, jewels around the cuticle. They were supposed to be red, white, and blue jewels for the Fourth of July but the red jewels were actually orange that she put on. The strokes on the nails look horrible. I will never go back there again. I suggest looking for a better place in Oakdale. read more

I have been going here for over 10 years. I would not go anywhere else, June does mine. Super friendly and clean. The charges are listed behind the counter on a huge sign, I don't know why the one review by Roger says she over charges. Anyone who gets a pedi knows that all places charge more for hot wax, sugar scrubs........any extras. I can always count on the owner/staff to get me right in. Nothing bad to say.
