I came in today as a walk-in and they took me immediately. I needed a fill and had a nail that had broken off. Kayla had seen me and asked what I wanted I showed her a picture I wanted and she said i can do that design but I have an apt. In 20 min and no one else here can but he can do something similar I said if he can do something similar it's ok. She continued to do my nails since her apt. Wasn't there yet. Then her apt. Did show at her time and I can tell she got stress but she continued to do my nails and she knew it was my first time there she asked if I lived around her I said yes. She did my nails beautifully thank you so much Kayla I will be back she was so accommodating and she didn't have too since she had an apt. And I was a walk in. Had a WONDERFUL experience here today! Got gel pedicure and french tip gel manicure; they turned out fantastic! Took my 87 year old grandma with me and she had the best time, she's never gotten a pedicure or a manicure in her life--She wants to start coming back here every few months! We were a walk in and they took us immediately. I didn't catch the names of our artists, but one was a man and the other was a younger woman--They were so kind to my grandmother and very patient with her. I can't thank them enough! read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. It's very clean, it's peaceful. This is the most relaxing pedicure I've ever gotten, the other salons in town are okay, but this one is just so relaxing. Their massage chairs can use an update but that's my only complaint. I love coming here, I would recommend this place to anyone! And the price was so reasonable! I recieved a Mani/pedi tonight for $80 when I've gone to other places I've spent $130 and have not ever felt this relaxed. Give this place a chance! read more

So I went here to simply have my acrylic nails removed. I don't usually come here but happened to be in oakdale that day. I'm a CNA and found having the nails was making my job hard. So they had some guy start removing the nails he was having a hell of a time he began cutting the corners on my left thumb hurt like hell but didn't complain just thought maybe he was new. Took about 45 mins payed 10$ asked for a receipt was told they don't give receipts???? Ok..... weird.... About 3 days later I woke up to my entire thumb swollen and throbbing had to go to the ER to get it cut open which hurt like hell it was full of infection due to the nail shop being dirty and not cleaning tools properly being I work with my hands I had to have an entire week off work (missed wages) not to mention a pricey hospital bill so I went into Top nails to explain all this to them to see if anything could be done. They called the owner and he told me we have no record of you coming here well if you don't give receipts you don't keep records at all apparently they were very rude to me. This has cost me a ton of money and pain. This place is a joke I am now working with an attorney I tried to be nice and respectful but was treated horribly not to mention the rude staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.0 stars read more

This establishment provides functioning massage chairs, clean bathrooms, water bottles, and a huge variety of polish colors. If there is a wait, the staff do their best to give you special treatment such as getting in the chair with warm water for your foot soak. I enjoyed the service and felt the employees were skilled and polite. read more

Bad experience is an understatement, went for a full set when done and was asked if I liked them, I was honest they are super thick not evenly. Not the polish I asked for. Anyhow the guy did like what I said so he snapped his fingers at me and told me to pay him. I will repeat he snapped his fingers at me for the payment. I asked him not to snapp his fingers at me, giving him a last chance to apologize and he didn't so I threw the cash at him. Yes I did that. Super disrespectful to me well I have 8 nails left because although it has not even been 24 hrs they already broke off. I had the ABSOLUTE worst experience. It was my first time there. As soon as I walked in they asked if I had an appointment, I said no, I'd just like a soak off. They didn't say anything, everyone went back to what they were doing while I stood there. Until he looked up and signaled me to sit down and wait. I didn't wait long, they began cutting down my nails. The nail technician cut too close into the skin the grows under the nail when you have acrylics. It hurts and it burns, but I told her to not worry about it. She gets my hands in acetone to soak and all is well. Then she starts to do someone else's nails. I didn't think much of it because my nails had to soak. She never came back.. The head technician cane by and DRIED MY SOAKED NAILS w PAPER TOWEL and then proceeded to try and grind them. If you know how to soak off nails, you know, you're supposed to use a metal cuticle pusher and scrape the gelatinous acrylic. NOPE then tells me over and over and OVER how thick my nails were and how its my nails that are too thick for the acetone.... Mind you, my nails were 5 weeks grown out and I explained I just came back into the country.. They weren't thick, it was simply the apex of the nail. Long story short, my hands were soaked for OVER AN hour and began to burn, I told him and he tried to say I wasnt holding my hands the right way HUH?!?!??? how am I not putting my hands in a bowl the right way?? 30 MINUTES PASS I finally told him I've been there for too long and need one person to just finish my nails. He continued to tell me it was my nails and that I need to file my nails at home on my own.. HE DIDNT GET IT ALL OFF so I had to ask for a nail file I HAD TO FINISH MY OWN SOAK OFF. My hands still burn and my nails are DISGUSTING. A waste of $ and time. I have never written a yelp review and I never thought I would.. HELL NAH this place treated me like an idiot and fucked my nails up.. read more

If I could give no stars I would. They also had FOUR girls come in with appointments and they had over booked themselves and had to turn them away. One girl had to go from wanting an acrylic full set to plain white gel so they could move onto someone else. My set was awful and the service was also just as bad.
