I called first as suggested in case they were busy. They told me to go ahead and come right in, but then when I did I had to wait about 15 minutes, then they took me back to wait in water and that was probably an additional 20 mins with my feet soaking to prunes. The water was only lukewarm. My technician was nice. The job itself was fine. I was disappointed that they were so busy that they seemed to rush me and get me done in 10 mins. Which is great if I were in a rush, but I had been waiting patiently and then they seem to spend so much more time on all of the other customers and I felt as though the job was rushed. Pedicure turned ok. Was hoping for a bit more TLC and appreciation. I think making an appointment is best and even then, you may expect to wait. But, for a $20 pedicure I guess it's fine.

The minute we walked in, we should have known. The place was quite, no tv on, no music. The lady that was doing my pedicure was being super rough, about 5 minutes into my pedicure, she got a facetime call. She answered and was on the phone the ENTIRE time of my pedicure. She wasn't even paying attention most of the time to what she was doing. She was super loud and ubnoxious. She kept laughing, looking at her phone, just so annoying!! A few times she even pointed her phone at me, as if she was showing me to the man she was talking to!! How RUDE!!! Wish I would have said something but I didn't want to be confrontational, I was just so mad!! Never go to this place. It's super run down and the service is just horrible.
