Within five days of this pedicure, it started peeling off literally just melting off when I was in the bathtub. The pedicures at the specific salon are very pricey and I pay extra for gel so that they can last month-to-month. This pedicure was about $80. The girl who did my nails wasn't someone I've had in the past and I think she's newer to the salon. She rushed through my pedicure, and I told her twice that she hit my nail with the UV lamp while it was wet and it probably needed to be fixed, she said no, they're fine and when I left, they were super chunky looking and not right and within a few days, just started melting off, like I said. To top it all off they were rushing people through pedicures like crazy and decided to come drop my armrest on my pedicure chair, dropping my phone and shattering my screen. All she did was hand me my phone and say sorry. Again, I've tried to give this salon the benefit of the doubt because it is very aesthetically pleasing, appears clean and usually the staff is so friendly, but this was just such a chop shop experience and I won't be returning. In response to the message from the owner- I was in the pedicure chair for 50 minutes because I was left there with my hands in a bowl. Not my actual pedicure length I'm sure your footage shows me pointing out the issues with the gel as she brushed me off 2x also. Again, I wasn't looking for you to redo them as I'm aware I waited a couple weeks to make the review but like I said it peeled within days. Why would I come back to a place that gave me such an uncomfortable visit? I'm sure you also saw in the footage your employee moved my phone, and was assisting the lady next to me and adjusting her seat and dropped the phone. Nice spin on the truth though My review remains the same, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The filing was uneven and she barely buffed them--you can literally see waves in my nails right under the polish. The shape is fine - but they were already shaped from regular nail person. Barely any cuticle oil or cleanup around the edges, either. To make matters worse, the station was dirty. The brush she used to sweep away dust was full of dried gel and hard as a rock (wash your brush!!!!) and the UV light looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It felt very gross and unsanitary. I've had gel peel off and natural nails break shortiy after leaving the salon. The owner makes it seem like it's the customer's fault and charges to fix. That's not ok. I have gone somewhere else now, but sharing here to warn others to be aware. There are many other better salons to give your business to.

Without warning, he started clipping them off and then used an old artificial nail to pry the remaining acrylic from my natural nail. I was looking down at my phone when I suddenly felt intense pain. When I looked up, my natural nail had been cut open and was bleeding. The technician asked if I was scared. I told him, "No, I'm not scared, I'm in pain." I also explained that this was not the proper way to remove acrylic nails. Instead of stopping, he attempted to continue. At that point, I told him not to touch my nails and that they needed to be soaked off properly. As a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, I understand professional sanitation and safety procedures. The way my nails were being removed was unacceptable and resulted in an injury. Another staff member eventually took over, but what disappointed me most was that no one apologized for hurting me or acknowledged what had happened. Accidents can happen, but professionalism, concern for the client, and accountability matter. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those things during my visit.

I love this place! Kelly is amazing she does an amazing job I get my lashes done my nails and toes every couple weeks! Great service amazing hours. She always gets me in. They all do a great job! Hours are perfect for hard Kate working ladies! I highly recommend them. Eye lash extensions ( the best) I'm addicted I use to drive all the way to Stockton and she saves me the drive and does a better job. Eyelash extension review: First of all the price is great. Just $25 for the 3 to 1 lashes. $80 for the 1 to 1 lashes which look more natural. I wanted a more noticeable and dramatic look so went with the 3 to 1 look. I was very pleasantly surprised at how tentative and meticulous Kelly was. The results look great! The location of the store isn't the best, there's not much around to do if there's a wait. Also I haven't done my nails here yet so that's the reason for the 4 stars. read more

Didn't disappoint! I took my mom here to get her nails done and she came out smiling like a little kid in a candy store. She said the service was great, the staff members are very friendly and easy to talk with as well as making her feel welcome in a new environment. Gel for pedi was $20 more which seemed a bit high. The mani felt more rushed and I got the service Saturday and Friday morning my gel was lifting. Normally, gel lifts from the cuticle, but this lifted and broke from the top. Not even a week! A few days later, they all started lifting and peeling. I've never had gel that lifted and peeled so easily. Usually I have to fight it to come off and thats after 3 weeks!

I asked 1 more time explaining that I did not want a bumby/grit texture cause from adding a top coat without removing the dust. She still told me that I could not wash my hands. After the service I went to wash my hands and there were a few nails that did have a grit texture to the top coat. 1 week later and my nails are lifting. I felt this tech was extremely unprofessional. Not allowing me to do the most basic request is uncalled for. She wastrying to cut corners to speed up my service. I would not reccomend anyone to go to this salon to get services.
