I'm not really sure why they would offer different types of pedicures if i'm going to be loudly, verbally judged and questioned about it. I came here for a pedicure and did not need all products offered for the 2nd pedicure option (the more expensive one) which i normally don't mind doing. When I chose option #1, one of the employees sitting in a pedicure chair on her phone, shouts across 3 chairs away "why don't you do 2?" I said "I just don't need everything offered right now" and she continued by saying "well it's longer". Why do I need to explain why I want, what I want, in front of all other salon guests and employees. Usually my pedicure polish gets chipped within a week from other places and I end up having to get them redone all the time, but its been almost 3 weeks and I have had no chips on the polish. This was the worst pedicure experience I have had in a long time. The person doing my pedicure was not friendly and also extremely rough. She buffed my toes really aggressive and cut the side of my feet with the pumice stone. The manager came over and was harassing my friend about not getting gel and said that she was going to charge her $5 extra since it's "not good for you". Then she walked behind the counter and was doing TikTok dances. They also were laughing and snickering and it was uncomfortable and not a relaxing experience for my friend and I. Worse experience I've had. 1st- we had an appointment for 2 and they tried to seat us apart (we asked to sit together when we booked it). 2nd- for inexperienced customers like myself- I am not familiar with gel versus regular polish; it actually looks the same to me. I wanted regular polish because my work does not allow gel. I got gel! ‍ 3- the girl doing mine was very rough. I was cut several times during the process. 4- I'm sorry, but speaking amongst each other in a different language and giggling- to me is a bit rude. I am certain she was complaining about me when I mentioned being cut. 5- I have what looks like bubbles. ?? The polish did not last and it looks horrible! Regular polish lasts longer. I went in today and payed 45 dollars for a fill. I used to go here and they did a decent job but today I left extremelly unhappy and will be getting them fixed somewhere else hopefully soon. My main problems are that these nails are extremely bumpy, they are not the same length, and the color is off from what I asked. A normal person would have said something but I don't like confrontation. The nails are very uneven and rough, and in one of these photos it shows my two ring finger nails which are totally differnt sizes. It was a waste of my time and money and I will never go back again. I went to Fabulous Nails for a pedicure and had a young man working on my feet. I choice the $65 pedicure as a moment of self care and pampering. It started with him trimming my nails and the. Went downhill. He didn't file my nails and I had to do that when I got home He started to quickly work on my cuticles and caused an injury being to rough and quick. I had to pull my foot away and ask him to be easier and at that moment he simply stopped the filing and cuticle care. The massage was nice though. I tried to talk to him but he didn't seem to understand anything I was saying and I came to the conclusion that this was a big part of the problem and poor service that happened As I went to pay my bill with a credit card, I was asked to used the ATM machine next to the register. I questioned this and was told by a nearby female worker that the ATM fee was lower. Hmmmm. Obviously they are passing on the credit card processing fee in to the customer. So therefore I paid $65 +$1.50 for the ATM processing fee to pay with cash and a $5 tip on top of it. If they don't want to pay credit card processing fees, they should simply say they only accept cash. In summary, this was a great disappointment and I am still in pain two days later for the injury I endured during my pedicure. read more

I had come here multiple times for pedicures, but had a horrific experience getting acrylics removed back in Nov 2022 and was certain I wouldn't come back. Well, j decided today to give another chance for a pedicure, mostly bc I didn't want to drive to Modesto. I called to ask if they could take me, they said "yes, come now." Well, I show up, and every chair is filled but one. I take the last one. Three people are waiting for someone to become available to perform their requested service. Workers seem to be either new or just in experienced. Not knowing what or how to do a simple French tip pedicure without having to ask what seemed like the owner. For 45$ (starting) pedicure i would think this is a standard knowledge in nail industry. Got a gel manicure as well with acrylic overlay and nail tech put too much acrylic over my the sides of my nail bed to where it looks like my nail is almost as wide as my actual finger , tried explaining this multiple times and they seemed to not understand and tried putting more acrylic on it and i said no .i asked for square with rounded edges and they filed them so short and completely rounded. Not to mention it looks like a bubble on my nail cause they don't know how to file acrylic down evenly .Tried multiple times to speak up and fix it ( and we all know no one likes to say something about their nails to the nail tech) but after multiple times of saying you don't like something and trying to get them to understand to fix it and still don't it's a waste of time . I went in for a full set and asked the nail tech what kind of nails I should get (acrylic, dip, gel) because my nails were sort of damaged. Another nail tech intervened, but was almost acting like my question was silly, or like I was asking for too much? My nail tech just asked what I wanted them to look like. I showed them a picture, and in the end, the nails didn't come out anything like the pic. First time getting a gel manicure at this location based on a friend's recommendation. Had a picture of simple design and the maninurist nodded she understood how to to do and so did her supervisor who stood next to her. I had existing gel manicure that needed to be taken off and it took quite a long time after soaking the nails with acetone and using the filing device to file the gel off. One of my nails was broken, so it had to be cut to where it was broken. All ten fingers were not filed evenly to the same shape. The woman never checked to make sure each finger shape and length were the same. I corrected her on the length but couldn't tell whether every finger's shape was uniformed. One of the fingers on left hand was not shaped like the other. Four out of 5 fingers on right hand were not shaped alike at all. I never had such bad gel manicure in over 15 years of getting manicure. I would give zero star if I could. read more

Little bit of a language barrier which may have been the reason the water was way too hot and my toe nail was quite crooked after trying to ask for it to get fixed. Only minor concerns. I highly, highly recommend getting the $35 pedicures with the scrub and hot rocks. They do way more massaging. My gel pedicure has lasted so so long. Only getting it changed up because my nails have grown out. The polish even withstood lots of pool time. read more

However, I got a pedicure and manicure on Saturday and I could tell the man was rushing to finish my manicure & wrap up the appointment. The polish wasn't very even and smudged on a corner, where he tried to fix it. Now, barely two days later, and my nails are already chipping. I've been here quite a few times and have been generally happy with the services. I normally get pedis and gel manicures, but this time I decided to get a pedi and acrylics. They put regular polish on my feet and then the "matching" gel color on my hands. I didn't ask for gel on my hands (and I'm sure they charge more for it) but I figured okay whatever. Well, the color was COMPLETELY different, which was a bit irritating since I didn't ask for gel. The man offered to paint with red over the top of it, but I figured I wouldn't make it look worse. Also I asked for coffin which he explained wouldn't look good unless the nails were long but he could do narrow, well he rounded them and they look.....not good.
