My sis and I were trying to enjoy our pamper day but when I asked for French on my toes, no body knew how! Literally how are you a nail tech but can't do French? They called over 3 separate people to try and do French on my toes! My sister did a solid color and was literally done with her service while they were still trying to do French on me. I said forget just give me a solid color. Truly Insane. Then my sister is waiting for me now and she goes to the bathroom, the lady doing my toes asked if we were friends or sisters. I said we are sisters. She looked shocked and said "she is so tiny and you are big like fat" I have NEVER in all the years seen someone in the service industry call their client fat. Are you dumb? Do you not want a good tip? My sis comes back from the bathroom and asked how it was going and I told her in front of the lady "well she just called me fat so I kinda wanna leave" the lady just giggled and my sis was visibly upset. She finishing the service and I go to pay, she's complaining in native tongue that I won't tip her (YOU CALLED ME FAT WTF) out of not wanting to cause a scene (language barrier) I paid $87 after card machine tax - almost $100 down the drain! Some care was provided with gloves and then without. And the orange scrub they dip in and out of with the same wooden stick for every customer. Likely will not be returning here for these reasons plus many that have occurred before. Overall nice people. Just need to work on atmosphere and following aseptic technique for customer safety. Without warning, he started clipping them off and then used an old artificial nail to pry the remaining acrylic from my natural nail. I was looking down at my phone when I suddenly felt intense pain. When I looked up, my natural nail had been cut open and was bleeding. The technician asked if I was scared. I told him, "No, I'm not scared, I'm in pain." I also explained that this was not the proper way to remove acrylic nails. Instead of stopping, he attempted to continue. At that point, I told him not to touch my nails and that they needed to be soaked off properly. As a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, I understand professional sanitation and safety procedures. The way my nails were being removed was unacceptable and resulted in an injury. Another staff member eventually took over, but what disappointed me most was that no one apologized for hurting me or acknowledged what had happened. Accidents can happen, but professionalism, concern for the client, and accountability matter. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those things during my visit.

Like literally the top of my feet were red for 3 days.i come back today, with an appt for 6:30 pm I arrived at 6:20 I sat there until 7: 15 pm, They were very rude. Said nothing sat me down in the chair. Water was cold on my feet. My husband kept asking them when were they going to see me? They would ignore him when we finally asked them for a towel so I could just dry my feet off, the owner, said " they're almost done." I told him that that information would have been helpful 45 minutes ago. They are rude as hell in there, And I guess even with an appointment you're always on their time. I'm sorry I cannot speak for everybody, but for most responsible adults that actually have a life careers, children and spouses. If we cut out a certain time for appointments we expect to be seeing around that time. I could understand waiting around 10-15 minutes with at least some communication fine. They're waiting almost 47 damn minutes for somebody to open their mouth and say something is unexcusable!
