I used to go there all the time for the wonderful leg massage, but I started to notice that they used the same manicure tool for EVERYONE! . They'd just dip it into the water in which my feet were soaking. Sure enough, I ended up getting a horrible (and embarrassing!) case of toenail fungus that I'm STILL fighting-five years later!! I've tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it-including prescription medication, to no avail. I'm currently awaiting an appointment with a podiatrist to see about just getting the affected toenails completely removed. They're very sweet there, but yeah, not too concerned with proper sanitation. read more

I've been here twice now and the latter was worse. I wanted to try again because maybe the first time was just a weird day, but no it was not enjoyable either time. The water was cold and there was no foot care whatsoever. They handed me a sheet with different prices and pedicures on it, I chose one of the cheaper ones. Which still said it included a foot scrub and normal pedicure services. I've never been to a nail salon to get a pedicure and my feet were not scrubbed.. I basically got my nails painted for $45. The paint job is nice but I really wanted the experience of a pedicure. And that isn't what I got. I feel like I need to go get another pedicure, my feet do not feel nice like usual after getting a pedicure. I wasted my money, you shouldn't. I enjoy getting my mani/pedi here. Family oriented place; Tom and Anna are sweet people! Not the cleanest nail salon, although I'm sure they keep their tools sanitized and cleaned as they open a pack for new tools every time I have been. read more

Called on a Saturday evening to see if I could get in for a shellac pedicure at 545. They're open till 7. I arrived about 6, which is plenty of time for a pedicure, to be done by 7. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The lady rushed though everything! I'm mean everything, even using the cuticle cutters, and catching me a few times with them cause she was moving so fast. She scrubbed my legs and feet so hard that they sting. And not to mention the massage part, which is supposed to be relaxing, consisted of her punching my legs 4 or 5 times and then calling it a day. This place was so unprofessional. I will never go back and will let anyone and everyone know how awful this place is. read more

I love this place! My family has been coming here for ages and they always do a great job. I love the hot towels they use, and I always add on the wax to keep my feet soft. They also do a great job with designs, from little diamonds to flowers. Tip: come here at off hours if you can. They take a lot more time with you and will give you extra massage time. read more

This place has gone downhill so much. I used to love coming here. The girls are great and so friendly but the quality of work just isn't what it used to be. They get gel polish all over my skin, my cuticles aren't completely done, and the list goes on. This last time I was here, I had to ask for a nail file so I could get the polish off of my skin... While I can't complain about the job they did on my Wife and My feet. I will say that they told us 1 price then after told us another. We were told $15 for my pedicure when my wife asked before. Then after they said Men's are always $20. This may only be $5 but I feel a little mislead. Then when my wife was getting out of the chair she slipped and fell. They blamed her saying "you shoulda been more careful". Not a sorry. Nothing. Just blame the customer. Overall I am not very pleased at all and will not return. read more

Don't worry about the cost as they will make it up when you're done. The "spa" pedicure is posted as $25 and includes a normal pedi and paraffin. No hot stones, no longer massage, no spa treatment or anything else. My polish was striped, not consistent in color density, and the cutting/filling was average. When I was leaving after a whole 4 minutes of dry time, I was told $30. I asked about the $25 price on the chart. I was told the $30 covered wax and callous removal. Seriously? Callous removal? She never asked, and I did not want it as it's winter and my feet were fine. She rushed through the pedi, even though when I arrived there no one was waiting. It's too bad she "stole" her own tip as I walked out without giving her one. I told the man there to change his price board. I wont be back and I'll make sure to check reviews next time I look for a new place. Stay away unless you want to be rushed and ripped off. read more

I used to come all the time my mom and I .have had good experiences . I returned the other day taking along a new friend , My water was cold ,just straight cold ,the women doing my toes I've seen before but have never actually had her do my feet , she was older and rude . I had had gel polish on my toes ,that I had previously done there ,and she got upset and another lady had came and removed it , She came back and proceeded on my feet She did OK ,didn't really take much time . When we finished we went to pay Both of us only got a color nothing special added on their set price is $20 for regular spa pedicure ,they proceeded to tell us $25 each when I asked why she responded because you had gel that had to be removed , and she proceeded to tell my friend with me hers was $25 due to the fact she had so Much callus ,we had no add ons and I see it pretty unfair that they didn't even mention to us during these extra costs ,yes its just $5 but its ridiculous when prices were altered due to such stupid things . We paid, I cash and my friend card , And the lady askes my friend uh you don't have cash ?! HOW RUDE is that ?! I'm so disappointed ,and embarrassed that I even reccomended we go . read more

I initially went in for pedi and mani, and after having my pedi done they said they didn't have time for my mani. I've been a loyal customer for 9+ years. The staff is super friendly. Annie and Tom greet almost every customer by their first name. The salon is rarely busy during school/business hours. That's my favorite time to go for a pedi ... because they give me a longer leg massage, LOL. read more

I'm never going back here. I got a pedicure the first time I went it was okay but they didn't tell us that the wax would cost an extra $5 each when they asked if we wanted it (every other place I go to, it's free). The second time I went, everything was going fine until he was filing down the acrilic and CRACKED it, then acted like nothing had happened. All he did was put the tool away so I asked him if he could super glue it together so that a fungus wouldn't develop; I had to repeat myself at least four times and he still didn't understand what I was saying so I had to point at the super glue. After my color was on, they asked if I wanted them to use a gel top coat to make the color last longer. It was only five dollars extra (in hindsight I realize it was a total ripoff) so I thought that it would be a good idea since the color doesn't always last that long on my fingernails because sometimes I wait three weeks to go back in for a fill and color change. Well, later that night I noticed that some of the color on my nails started cracking. I was at the airport heading out of state so it's not like I could have gone back for them to fix it. I just went to get my nails fixed today at a nail salon that's close to the house I'm staying at. When I told them what happened, they told me of course it would crack because the gel/UV light is too hot for the regular nail color. My Le Nails should have known this and should have either warned me that there would be a chance the color would crack or shouldn't have offered to do it at all. I am not happy with My Le Nails and I am never going back again. read more
