My gel fills are done by Laura and pedi by Tuong. They are both excellent! Laura is so professional and yet personable. I also made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait 30 plus minutes to just get a pedicure done... each time I have made an appointment (which was twice) I still had to wait 30 minutes. One day I made an appointment for a pedicure and I waited 45 minutes and eventually I just walked out and decided to save myself the waisted time. Lonnie's was highly recommended. However I'm extremely disappointed. Initially I enjoyed the atmosphere, prices were standard, staff seemed friendly. I spent $65 before tip on a spa pedicure and gel manicure. I ended up being at the salon 3 days in a row attempting to fix the issue, and give the salon not only a 2nd chances, but 3 chances to make it right. So disappointed Not the best pedi. Came here because my sister said they do a great job with the pedicures and this was not the case for me. I chose their #3 premium spa pedicure $29 The lady that did my pedi massaged like she had noodle hands and did not used the loofah stone to remove the dead dry skin, she only used the scrubbing brush and when I brought it to her attention she claimed she did said something in her language (sounding mad)... when I was looking at her seeing she did not and to top it off she only massaged one foot. Anyway I let it pass, but then when polished my toe nails she only did one pass and didn't even put the clear on. When she was done with the nail polish she just got up and left. This place is ridiculously pricey. Not sure if all Salons are like this but these people will tell you a price and they usually wont tell you the total until theyre finished. Ex. you may choose a basic gel pedicure that says 45$ and if you ask for gel youre lookin at about 65$ if you make it GEL. So basically they charge 20$ JUST FOR the GEL. I do have two suggestions though. ONE, do not tip them! You do not have to tip especially after they give you a pedicure/manicure just for 30 minutes, I dont think 65$ or even 70$ is a fair price for such a short amount of time. Btw that 65$/70$ is just for the pedicure, besides that the manicure may cost you around 55$-60$. My second suggestion is to learn to do nails yourself, afterall there are kits available online (amazon). You'll save a lot of $$. Besides their products dont really seem to last long anyway. Dip powder lasts about two weeks only, and thats about 50$ you pay for it to last so little. read more

Definitely not disappointed! Tammy went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible! I was a walk in today and got a manicure and pedicure as well as eyebrow wax. She did an excellent job as well as ensured that I was relaxed the entire time. My nails look great and she shaped my eyebrows perfectly! My left eyebrow has a scar that is usually very noticeable but when she was done she had shaped them in such a way it's barely visible! I will from now on be making appointments with Tammy! I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and only had to wait about 15 minutes. I got a great gel manicure for about $25. The manicurist made sure that I was happy with the color by testing it on one nail. When I asked for a darker color she was very accommodating. I'll definitely be back again soon. read more

Seriously, if I could give it no stars; I would. I went here almost a month ago to get a mani and pedi with my mother. When we arrived the place was almost empty except for two other customers. The nail salon does not have any name brand polish, such as Essie, OPI, or Shellac, which was very unfortunate because I didn't recognize any of the nail polishes they had. It looked old and dried out. On another note, it was a cold, rainy, winter Sunday afternoon, and it was extremely cold inside the nail salon. I don't know why they can't turn on the heat. It wasn't a pleasant experience from the start. Long story short, my mom was not stratified with her experience. She stated her assigned nail person rushed in scrubbing her feet during her pedicure and also rushed the paint job. I don't understand why they'd rush their job when they had no other customers waiting around. When it came to my experience, my nail person did not talk much and kept on pulling my feet closer to her instead of adjusting the seat I was on. I was not happy about that and the fact they kept talking loudly in Vietnamese despite the fact that my mother and I don't. It's just common curtesy to not do that around clients. Anyways, my pedicure was "okay"and the paint job was just "okay." (The tiny gems for the nail design she put on my two big toes fell off the second day!) So now my "Shellac" manicure time comes. The one, it's not even the Shellac brand, but whatever generic brand they hand on hand. I chose my color and she starts working. I informed her I want to keep my nails long, however she over files and now it's short. (I'm thinking it must be a language barrier, right?!) I chose a pale pink color for my finger nails. So now she paints on the color and tells me to put my hands in the UV light, so I did, then the process repeats and continues. After the third time, I noticed I found a few small grey pieces of lint or hair in my nails and pointed it out to her. She says it's nothing, but I said it's there and asked her to re-do. Based on observation, I noticed facial expression getting mad and mumbled something in Vietnamese. Even though I don't understand Vietnamese, based on her tone of voice; I knew what she said wasn't good. I was so upset that she got upset over her mistake. Long story short..she did a horrible job at trying to remove the old polish and hurt my finger. I still tipped them even though it was a horrible experience. The next day my "shellac" nails chipped and by the following days the polish started to peel off itself. The gems on my toes also fell off. I'll never come back here again! read more
