Best pedicure EVER I made an appointment but they accept walkins which I'm sure many do since this great little place is tucked away. I enjoyed the atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. I sat and watched a cooking show while I was soothed by my pedicure artist. She was awesome Gentle and it didn't tickle. I'm very ticklish and usually squirm and wiggle during a pedicure but today I didn't. No pain or awkwardness that can happen during a pedicure. Gentle relaxing only downside was I didn't notice the optional vibrating chair that most places have but I'll get over that since the leg exfoliation, hot stone massage and paraffin wax was a total spa treatment. And sorry gotta brag...my legs are one of my best features and dam I'm feeling it today! I mean I have a whole daily moisturizing routine but my legs are so smooth right now. I've gone to French Nails for years and have been satisfied with service. Last month when I went, I was out the door in 30 minutes. I usually get the basic pedicure and price sheet says 30 minutes. For my previous visits I've always gotten an hour. Today's visit was so quick, the steps she went through were not adequate, often person was more interested in what others were saying, she didn't even look at my feet. Went in Friday to get my nails done I showed the young man with a 209$ sign tattoo on his hands the picture I wanted he said OK as he started the ombré nail the brown wasn't the same it was like a poo color brown. I asked him to change it he "ughhhhed" me PRETTY RIDICULOUS I should have just walked out right then but I was heading out of town this weekend so I delt with it. Today is Sunday two days later 3 of my nails are lifting off and one broke the very next day (Yesterday) how insane. I pride myself in my nails I have never had an experience like this he rushed me and was very unprofessional. By rushing a couple nails aren't even fully covered with the glitter brown powder. Went with my friend yesterday since we have been trying to check out local salons to find someone good. This has been the worst that I've gone to. I went in for an acrylic fill, which the lady rushed through. Her drill was hot due to the speed she was on, but she was too focused on FaceTimeing her kids. I decided not to go with polish because I felt they were overcharging for a simple paint job. The sides of my nails were left jagged and unfiled at the end. They were not even filed to be even in length. She slapped on clear polish and left. The gentleman there then proceeded to watch me for about 30 minutes trying to file and fix my nails. He passed me 3 times and then stopped to ask if I wanted a pedicure. Not if there was a problem with my nails... but a pedicure. They have a no refund policy on services and a 2-3 day guarantee on polish/fill/broken nail(s). It's really sad when people are more about racking up service charges than making sure they job they do is good. It's not always supposed to be quantity over quality. read more

The time that I spent in this salon was quite a while and it was barely anyone in there. Soon as I sat down to get my full set done I showed a photo of what I was looking for and was blatantly ignored. I wanted my nails like the photo below same length same design and she did not give me what I asked for. She also gave her a opinion on me having long nails with a baby and cut my nails shorter than what I asked for. My whole right hand is crooked and I told her about it and she said it's because how I was sitting even though I wasn't sitting crooked at all. I used to come here all the time, went a year without nails. I decided I wanted to get a set last Wednesday.. NEVER AGAIN! I went in and there was no one in there, waited about 5/10 minutes for them to get started.. I told him (I don't remember his name, young guy) I didn't want any color on my nails and a slight coffin look. It took SOOOO long! Almost 2 hours! No one was there?? He was just constantly talking to his coworkers. When he was done it was all uneven and under the nails jagged pieces weren't even filed off. My cuticles weren't even taken care of! I recommend this salon to everyone!!! Being loyal for a year now, it's very clear this is one of the bests in town. Steve usually does my nails but Stephanie does a great job as well. Steph does AMAZING EYEBROWS in waxing then threading and finishing them off with some tweezers, all for $10! As for my nails.. I've gone from basic French, solid colors with a round square shape to getting chrome, holographic designs with a coffin shape. (Pictured is my hombre) THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Don't have to worry about them using unsanitary or dirty implements because they always bring out a sealed package with brand new unused ones. When using paraffin wax, they don't hold back! They will use the proper amount to completely cover the foot unlike other places I've been to where they get the tiniest amounts and barely cover your foot. Hot stone technique is brilliant. Vast polish and gel polish selection. Also get my brows waxed here, they always come out so good. She is so fast and efficient and makes it almost painless. The sign on the wall clearly said pedicures for kids 13 and under were $18 instead of the usual $22, but they refused to honor it, first saying my sister looked too old to be 13, then claiming the discount was 10 and under, then claiming they meant 13 and older pay full price. Called ahead for a "drop-in" pedicure. Showed up less than 3 minutes later and they were just about to start another drop in. They made the other person wait since I had called. I figured this was a good sign as to the level of service I would get here. WRONG! I asked for just the basic pedicure and it was terrible. She barely filed my nails and made no attempt to make the length, size, or shape be consistent toe to toe or foot to foot. The massage was just her rubbing in lotion with the assistance of a warm rock. I offered to pay more for a better massage but was told "No, I have a 10 hr day and my arms will be too sore." Finally, NO base coat before color and only ONE COAT of top coat. No way this will last more than a few days. Totally disappointed!
