I've been going to Sabi and her sister in law since I was 16 ( I'm 26 now). She and her sister in law have always done my eyebrows well until recently, Sabi's sister-in-law made them dramatically thin, and she tried telling me that they were not thin at all. I told Sabi what had happened her words to me were "I'm sorry can't do anything now" which basically the same thing as say I don't care in my opinion. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. So it's clear that being a loyal customer for so many years means nothing to Sabi and her sister in law. Will never go back!! read more

Beware!! I purchased a membership just before Covid shutdown happened. They will not honor or refund it. The owner said she has rent and bills to pay. So do I!!! My family has been loyal to this establishment for over a year, and they can't even extend the membership so I can get what I paid for. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they're attitude was like - oh well, we don't care. To think I supported them. It's unreasonable and infuriating. I won't go there ever again and I encourage others to think twice before supporting a place that doesn't care about their regular customers. P.S. So I have given this place so many chances. It just feels like they see you as a nuisance. The employees at this specific location are always in a crappy mood. They always seem upset and annoyed as soon as you walk in. They don't show any courtesy or customer service skills. On one occasion, one of the employees even gave me the nastiest look for leaving the door open instead of simply asking me to close it.. I hate to say this since there aren't many threading places near by - I will not go back mainly because the employees are rude and honestly - their prices are stupid high. I've been going to this place for a while and I was honestly trying to put off this review but I can't anymore because it's getting ridiculous! My eyebrows come out okay, but the service is awful! The one lady manning the shop left the shop open to get food. I walked in and no one was there (the open sign was on and it was 11:15 so they were definitely open) and i waited in my car for 15 minutes before someone finally came back with food in their hands... She was on the phone and waited to finish her phone call (which wasn't quick) before she sat me down, and was just so stand off ish. I'm done going here I feel like a burden every time read more

I read the reviews for this place prior to my visit but still decided to go (out of convenience) and unfortunately I had a similar experience as others. The lady was friendly enough but the threading hurt, she definitely tore off my skin (it's burning as I type this) and my eyebrows have never been thinner. This place clearly can't do a "clean up" without removing half of your eyebrow. Oh, and the craziest part is that once I got a closer look, my eyebrows are now missing patches of hair and she trimmed parts so short - I've never seen anything like it and am so glad it's fashionable right now to color in my brows a little. I'm pretty easy going so if you're not, and you like having eyebrows, I would steer clear of this place read more

i went to get my brows threaded and as soon as i walked in the lady was rude. if i could rate this place a 0 i would. i grew out my eyebrows specifically to get them done and she ruined them. my left one is uneven and she made me bleed and out of the many times i've gotten them threaded that has never happened to me. i definitely do not recommend this business. i wouldn't say it was on purpose but she was definitely very careless and rude. worst customer service. read more

So I've been coming here for a while now. I love the way they do your eyebrows and I love the membership plan they have. However, punctuality and professionalism is something they need to work on. They dont open promotly on time, nor do they stick to what they say. They said they would open at 12pm on a Monday, and when I arrived at 1230, they changed the sign to 1pm. Then when I called to verify if they would be open, they said come to the Mchenry location. That is inconvenient considering i live on the opposite side. I was excited that there was a location closer to mr so I could take more advantage of my membership, but sadly I cannot. This is a place of business and should be conducted so. Went here once and loved my eyebrows ,though as stated previously professionalism and punctuality needs some work , business is very cute and clean inside however it did make me feel uncomfortable the women doing my eyebrows had a baby in arms and set him on floor to do my eyebrows, I almost felt like leaving .. Very uncomfortable . went back today to a open sign on but a note on door that they would be back in 15 mins. Well that sucks considering I took time to go down there , just to be turned away . The only reason I gave it a single Star is because if you get the owner she is so nice and accommodating comsider yourself LUCKY. I used to go to the McHenry location and get my eyes brows done by her but it was out of my way. I was so excited to hear when they were opening a location in Riverbank! I purchased the 1 month membership on Christmas Eve to see how I liked it & get the 3 month one if I was happy with it. The first two times were pleasant and the ladies were very nice. Tonight I go in at 6:45pm they close at 7pm. There was one lady working and one gentlemen getting his eyebrows done and no one waiting and told me she was done for the night. I called the McHenry location to see what time they closed and she said 7pm if I was close by and I explained I was at the other location and what was said. She told me to go back in there because they were unable to turn people away. I was going to go back and she would call. Thinking about my brows and how she might mess them up purposely because of the situation I decided to turn around and leave. I will not be going back there due to the lack of customer service.
