I washed my hands and then he began the gel process. *one coat of base coat, hands in UV light. *two coats of Havana Cream Gel Polish, hands in UV light. *one coat of top coat, hands in UV light. *mini hand massage using coconut aloe lotion.....Done! I had to directly ask multiple times whether that payment would be credited, and only then was I told it was a loss due to the fine print of their no-show policy. So to be clear: the first time you miss an appointment, you are charged 100% of the service with no flexibility. They only send email reminders--no text messages or phone reminders. Every other beauty service I use (nails, hair, lashes) sends text reminders, so it's hard to believe that isn't an option. This feels intentional, knowing many people don't constantly check email.
