Bro I love this spot for how nice they are and they get you in last minute which is phenomenal but I went in today and I asked multiple times how much my gel manicure would be and got told $38. Ok sick, I'm on a budget and I can do that. I asked multiple times. I get to the register and there's just an additional custom amount of $20. Totaling $60 for black gel. They look great but holy shit am I insane for just wishing I knew ahead of time when I asked for the cost how much it would be so I wouldn't have done it if I couldn't afford it, and I wouldn't have, I would have just left. But I was told a price I was ok with and it just goes to 60?? I don't get it. She did great, don't get me wrong service was nice. I just can't get over being told one thing and surprising me with something else it does not feel right to be charged more and not told that's happening. read more

booked an appointment thru their website for lash extensions on a thursday. got a confirmation text and a note that says pending for approval. i got no follow up so i called the day of my appointment (sunday) and they have nothing in the system under my name. i shared that i got a confirmation text of what i booked and confirmed the business in case i called the wrong place. the lady on the phone offered to book an appointment tomorrow since there was no lash tech in today. i told her im unable to come in tomorrow and that i dont really understand considering i have confirmation on my end. she didnt have any explanation for this. not sure what the issue was but very disappointing :( update: after reaching out to the business they were able to schedule me in the same day. I was pretty disappointed with their customer service! I made several appointments online never received confirmation and after making several calls nothing. I purchased a groupon for microblading was nervous because i had the hardest time getting a hold of them but couldn't find anyone else in Turlock that does microblading set up an appointment after finally reaching them by phone, never received a confirmation or reminder text about appointment but received a text the night before appointment at 10pm saying salon cancelled my appointment with no explanation. Requested refund for groupon just tired of trying to make an appointment and they refused to give a refund. First impression, the decor is beautiful and the place is clean which brought me comfort. I witnessed the technicians speak to their clients like they were best friends which was awesome. They hype you up which I absolutely loved. The services, they were a little slow starting our appointment but for good reason. You can tell they are attentive to their clients during their services so I understood. Once providing us with our service (microblading), they were attentive to us as well. Maisa was very professional. She answered all of our questions and she became comfortable enough to share her humor with us which was great. The end result relieved all of our worries! My mom has eyebrows and we are both so happy with the results. We ended up booking a touch up appointment with them as well. Worst experience ever! It was my first time getting lash extensions and I had several question. When I asked about the different styles they weren't able to explain and just referred me to the Instagram page. I bought and offer on Groupon for a full set and a 2 week fill. After she put the set on she told me to open my eyes. My eyes burned and I told her I couldn't open them and she said," is this your first time? Open your eyes it's normal for them to burn". I don't like that she didn't explain the process and when I asked questions she couldn't answer. A few hours later I noticed that my lashes were not even. One eye had more lashes than the other. I texted the lady to ask if she can fix them and she said that due to the holidays they were booked. So I asked if I can make my 2 week appointment and they never said anything it's been about 2 weeks so I sent them another message and I never got a reply. I was pleasantly surprised! I'm 9 months pregnant and knew this would be my last pedicure before baby. I've never had gel on my toes before but I wanted this pedicure to last. PLEASE, do not go here. Very unprofessional and would not go back again. I had an appointment and when I got the there I had to wait 45 minutes when she was just talking to another customer. When she did my microdermabrasion she left me in the room with a machine on me and forgot to come back. I had to take it off myself and walk out into the waiting room to find her. Very bad experience. Also, I had bought a Groupon with 3 treatments. After the 1st one, I called back to make an appointment and she said they were booked up for the next 2 months. My Groupon was going to expire before that but she said they would not honor it after that date so I just lost my money. She had already received her money from Groupon so it didn't hurt her at all to not provide the rest of the services I paid for. Please tell your friends not to go there. I've been here before for a mani&pedi. I liked the service so I decided to come back for a full set of acrylics. The lady that did my nails was very nice but she tried to charge me 105$ for simple line work I wanted on each nail ($5 for design/finger). She made it clear the pricing was the salons and not hers, which I appreciated her letting me now the prices beforehand. At the end, I got a simple almond shape w milky white coloring & the lady who ended up charging me told me it was going to be an extra 5$ for shaping & extra 5$ for my sister's medium length on top of the 45$. First off, they should've made these extra charges clear from the beginning. Also, I've NEVER had a nail place charge me for shaping & length! What's the 45$ for?! Ive had my nails done in the Bay Area & have gotten way more intricate designs and the most I've paid was 75$. Bottom line, you cannot justify their pricing, esp in the valley, & their extra charges. I don't like the fact that they sneak in the extra charges at the very end, especially since they charge extra for very basic things (shaping, nail length, etc.). My sister came back another day bc one nail was chipped and they charged 5$ to fix, which no other salon I've been to has done . The overall atmosphere is very chaotic & unprofessional. Workers coming in late from their lunch break, workers ordering food&yelling across the salon, etc. I wouldn't return unless I had a Groupon. Other than that, I will not be returning. There are better nail places in the valley. I'm only giving 2-stars bc I liked the girls that did my sister and I's nails. If it weren't for them, I would've given 0 stars if possible. My advice for the business: if you want returning clients, be clear about the pricing from the beginning & don't scam your clients by sneaking in extra charges last minute. read more

I kept giving them chances eveytime 2 different occasions they cut me n didn't apologize, today I brand my 85 year old aunt in to get 2 mani n as soon both girls sat down they were talking crap about her cause she was old n doing a mani n walked a way leaving my aunt sitting there with her hands in water, I ask someone in there what was going on because they lady doing mine act like she didn't speak English I found out later when she argued with she spoke English. The owner of the salon is the only one who performs this procedure... first appointment, she wasn't there for 45 minutes, second appointment another 45 minutes late again, so I refused the procedure and requested a refund.
