Great job done at RB Beauty Studio on my eyebrows. I was in the process of moving and just too busy to both with them at the point I decided to let them grow out. Went to RB after about a month of growing them out and I was very pleased at the way the tech handled me. I told her I wanted them a little fuller so she's take a little off and ask me if I wanted to take more. She was trying to leave the fullness of the new growth but make them look nice at the same time. I really appreciate that she didn't just clean them up taking off everything I had just grown out. I have been going to Roop Bridal for more than 6 months for their eyebrow threading service and referred multiple people for their services as well. The store is always clean and there is never a wait for service. I'm always greeted and taken right back. Today I was not greeted by a friendly face, but a "can I help you?" Yelled from the back. I felt this was a little unprofessional, but no biggie. I explain what I'd like and the voice from the back yells that the person that threads eyebrows is on lunch and won't be back for sometime. I ask if she will be here tomorrow, and the voice replies "yes". The next day I make another attempt at the salon, making my 20 minute drive. This day I am greeted by a girl sitting at the front desk. I tell her what I'd like which is followed by "she's not here today" -_- I specifically asked the day before so that I didn't make another wasted drive. I drive from Modesto just to get my eyebrows threaded here. Their prices are usually 5-6 dollars cheaper compared to other threading locations & I'm never there longer than 10-15 minutes. The 2 ladies that do eyebrows are always very friendly and make sure you are 100% happy with how your threading came out. I come about 1-2 times a month and will continue to support this small business. read more

I came in for an eyebrow wax and saw that they had a special on their facial so I decided to get one of those as well. Natalie was my service provider and she was great. I had a lot of questions about different waxing styles as well as skin care questions. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. My eyebrows Are perfect and I love that she uses hard wax. The facial was very relaxing! It's only 30 minutes but it was just the pick me up I needed. My skin still looks fantastic even a few days later. I will definitely be going back. read more

The first time I got my eyebrows done here was great! I loved them! I believe it might've been the ownerwho had done them? She was so friendly and took her time. It was a great first experience . However, the second time i came to see her she wasn't there so a girl who seemed like she arrived late, threaded my eyebrows. She had earphones in so I always got confused wether she was talking to me or her phone. To me it seemed like she rushed threading my eyebrows. She was so rough with me and I was in a lot of pain. Then I discovered blood on my eyebrow when I got home :( I had a scab for two weeks on my eyebrow. I had been looking for a new place to do my eyebrows. Found this place down the street from my home. Walked in and Happy was very nice. Very welcoming. I asked for an eyebrow waxed and ended up doing an eyebrow thread. I had tried threading before, and it was very painful. I was very indecisive about it. I went in a while back for a trial on wedding makeup and hair. I was helped by the owner so I thought I had someone that would do a really good job, but I was definitely not pleased. She didn't give me what I was asking for and kept insisting what she was doing was better and would look good! It was my wedding so I should look how I want to! I quickly decided that I would not be using this place. I didn't want to look like a prostitute on my big day. If I could give 0 stars i would i went there to get my eyebrows and full face on Sunday because I had a party and when she was done I looked at them and they were too thin so I told her that they were too thin and she said "Oh I'm sorry" And i also told her that it burned and she said "oh your skin like that." And she told me that I had skin problems. That was SO RUDE of her too say that. I like it when Pal does my eyebrows she puts this gel or something that cools it down And Pal actually listens and she knows the shape that i want. I even asked her were Pal was and she said "She no here toady." BTW THE ONE WHO DID THEM HER NAME WAS Aman. NEXT TIME IF I COME I FEEL LIKE THREADING HER EYEBROWS and that will show her how to respect her customers. Don't ever make an appointment with them because they won't keep it, and will leave you hanging on your little sisters wedding day.
