At first the person I spoke to said they would not be able to get me in until the weekend, which was a few days away. I let her know that I had a Gift Certificate and all of a sudden they had no openings and I got the runaround and was told the manager would call me back to set up an appointment. I called two more times and no one ever called back. The certificate expired and I was never able to redeem my certificate. I do not know if the services are good or bad, but the customer service would be rated a -10 from me. I get my nails done about every two weeks - their loss. I have told everyone I know NOT to use their services.

I was a call in and she was the next one available. Tried to get me to do gel. Multiple times. Whatever. I politely declined each time. I still did the $55 pedicure. Then the started talking badly about me after I asked her for hotter water. Here is the list of things that pissed Linda off that I apparently did -asked for hotter water -asked her to cut the rest of my toes shorter (even though I asked her when she sat down to start) -didn't want to do gel -would not look up from my iPad (I was working on a project) -picked a burgundy & dark colors will get on my skin while painting if I do regular polish (Idk kinda that's what the brush and acetone is for Linda. What did we do before gel?!) -asked her if she put on the top coat after (b/c it was clear that she didn't ) -i accidentally messed up my little toe (Yes my bad but I had to walk to the bathroom. It happens and I asked politely ) The whole time she was talking smack about her other coworker and clients too. How do I know all this? Well Linda(& friends) I speak viet fluently.
