I guess the lip & brow thread were 3/5. A highlight is a soothing aloe 1 minute face massage. Hands and seat were not sanitized in between guests. My eyebrow shape was already prominent so I got a decent clean up. However, I wasn't given the opportunity to check my eye brows and she didn't cut the length of them with scissors; they were really long. A chunk of my tail eyebrow was pulled off (painful) and it was left really uneven on the other side. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back but I don't regret going here to try it.

The person that took care of me was OUTSTANDING! From service to accommodation, attention to detail and communication (because at most places they won't actually conversate with you, but amongst each other). His work was great, he helped me match the color from a Pinterest image I had. He was taking his time working on me even though there was a couple of other customers walking in, he didn't make me feel rushed. My 4 year old daughter had her hands painted with regular polish for $7 by a different person. At check out I was rung out by a different man, he asked "how much tip for two?" Which I didn't like because I'm a believer of tips being earned and not a mandatory from customers.. it just didn't feel right for him to ask directly like that. Mind you, I'm already prepared to tip both of them separately with cash, Besides the check out, I had a good experience and do plan to return! I apologize for forgetting my nail tech's name I want to say it was Henry or Harold, something with an H! But I honestly can't remember I'm so sorry!

She did my brows and face and I loved it so much, I'm going back to get my makeup done by her for my 21st birthday! Also Tessa was great because she explained everything she was going to and asked for my feedback! The wax was also super gentle and nice. Getting your brows done also comes with getting concealer done and for them to also fill in your brows if you'd like.
