When I'm at Rubal's I can feel the difference in her craft. She takes her time and is a perfectionist so she's spotting hairs and plucking them out or going over them again with the thread, either way she's getting them out. I guess the lip & brow thread were 3/5. A highlight is a soothing aloe 1 minute face massage. Hands and seat were not sanitized in between guests. My eyebrow shape was already prominent so I got a decent clean up. However, I wasn't given the opportunity to check my eye brows and she didn't cut the length of them with scissors; they were really long. A chunk of my tail eyebrow was pulled off (painful) and it was left really uneven on the other side. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back but I don't regret going here to try it.
