Couldn't get in with my original spa so I tried this place. I booked a package and got a facial…read moreand massage but wasn't aware it 30 minutes each so only a hour for my services. My spas packages are usually a hour each service so I should have ask ahead of time. The bathroom and waiting area is outdated and not an actually lounge area to get ready for your services like other spas it's just a big room with some chairs to fill out the 100 questioned paperwork and the bathroom had items stored in the shower area and was very dusty. My real issue was with my facial, I did tell her I have sensitive acne prone skin and she said she was using products for sensitive skin but I did break out after, and while I was have my massage and facial at the same time she was going from my feet to then rubbing my face. I thought that was very weird and gross. So idk if I broke out because of her going from my feet to face or the products. I think if I ever book again it would only be for a massage because she did have a nice touch and all around nice lady.

I highly recommend visiting their website for details and pricing. If you are looking to book these services on a monthly basis they offer a monthly membership. The perks of the membership: 10% off services and products. Priority booking for appointments and classes. I have found the ladies who work up front to be very pleasant and helpful. There are several different massage therapists to choose from. The ones I have used have been very professional and friendly. The biggest negative I have found can be scheduling. After booking certain dates/times, I have received call backs having to reschedule due to overbooking. This happened a handful of times which became a little frustrating. Overall, this is a great place to care for your wellness needs.

Melanie was a nice person. Unfortunately in NET / AK, the practitioner tends to say "your fear"…read more"your insecurity" and that is a horrible system.
