Honestly debated making this review because most of the staff is so sweet, but this is truly just…read moreridiculous. Within five days of this pedicure, it started peeling off literally just melting off when I was in the bathtub. The pedicures at the specific salon are very pricey and I pay extra for gel so that they can last month-to-month. This pedicure was about $80. The girl who did my nails wasn't someone I've had in the past and I think she's newer to the salon. She rushed through my pedicure, and I told her twice that she hit my nail with the UV lamp while it was wet and it probably needed to be fixed, she said no, they're fine and when I left, they were super chunky looking and not right and within a few days, just started melting off, like I said. To top it all off they were rushing people through pedicures like crazy and decided to come drop my armrest on my pedicure chair, dropping my phone and shattering my screen. All she did was hand me my phone and say sorry. Again, I've tried to give this salon the benefit of the doubt because it is very aesthetically pleasing, appears clean and usually the staff is so friendly, but this was just such a chop shop experience and I won't be returning. In response to the message from the owner- I was in the pedicure chair for 50 minutes because I was left there with my hands in a bowl. Not my actual pedicure length I'm sure your footage shows me pointing out the issues with the gel as she brushed me off 2x also. Again, I wasn't looking for you to redo them as I'm aware I waited a couple weeks to make the review but like I said it peeled within days. Why would I come back to a place that gave me such an uncomfortable visit? I'm sure you also saw in the footage your employee moved my phone, and was assisting the lady next to me and adjusting her seat and dropped the phone. Nice spin on the truth though My review remains the same, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

After reading the contract it is true it had expired but how unprofessional to have not given me a courtesy reminder prior to the expiration or moving towns. I randomly went to book a wax in September last year and seen the address had changed. I text her to inquire about the move and she responded by confirming the move stating she had just reopened. Unfortunately the vibe of excellent customer service is gone. All the five star reviews from Stockton should be removed as it gives customers a false impression. I can't recommend her enough! I was actually referred to her by my sister a few years ago, and I'm so thankful she sent me because I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my Brazilian and underarm waxes. From the moment you walk into her studio, you feel comfortable. The space is so warm, cozy, and inviting--it never feels intimidating. One of my favorite things is that she works in a dimly lit room with a spotlight instead of having all the bright overhead lights on. It makes such a huge difference! You're not lying there feeling like you're on an operating table, which always made me so self-conscious at other waxing studios. She has the sweetest personality and instantly makes you feel like you're catching up with a best friend you've known forever. Conversation flows so naturally that before you know it, your appointment is over. She makes what could be an awkward experience feel completely comfortable and effortless. Another reason I keep coming back is the value. Her prices are amazing, especially for everything that's included with her Brazilian wax. She doesn't just wax the Brazilian area and send you on your way--she also cleans up the inner thighs, lower stomach, and lower back as part of the service. She really tidies up the entire area, and it's all included in the price instead of charging extra like so many other places do. I really appreciate that attention to detail because you leave feeling completely clean and polished. Not only is she incredibly professional and thorough, but she's also gentle, consistent, and truly cares about her clients. If you've been putting off getting a Brazilian because you're nervous or embarrassed, she's the person to go to. She'll make you feel completely at ease.
