The place is clean and looks decent but the service ‍ , the lady working there had a customer that had explained to her that the cut was not to her liking , as they left she sits there talking to another customer about the lady in a rude manner she to another about how the lady complaining is a regular and I feel her customer service was poor and rude !! read more

My friend and I went to get our pedicure .And the salon was dirty the gentlemen that did my nails. Didn`t know what he was doing. He wiped the tools off with pants and didn`t wash his hands no gloves.Took a blow dryer and tried to dry them I don`t think the tools they sanitized or the tub.Also I used the restroom and there was no soap Also one of the another workers had to redo my nails and still came OUT like CRAPPY... Had my hair done here a couple months ago and the color faded off quick. I didn't like the service because the lady that did my hair didn't talk or say anything until toward the end of dying my hair. She expected a tip so of course she's going to try and chat with me a little bit. Decided to come here once again. Waited for another lady I'm guessing she's probably the owner. One of the stylist told me I would be next to get my eyebrow wax. Instead the lady went and took another client in for a hair cut after finishing with other clients. On Mothers Day I took My Best friend & Mother in-law to go have our toes done, This would be My 3rd time coming to La Bella Salon for a Pedicure and will be my last!!!! The second time here, I loved my Pedi that was done by a lady named Lifen both times However I sat in a different chair and both chair massage things did not work ;( I so could have used it!!, also the Nail Color selection was not the greatest but just okay AND Lifen did do a great job who also put a pretty fancy flower on both big toes ;) This time though I had 2 diiferent people work on my toes, the 1st lady started on my feet & then some one came in for a eyebrow wax & she took the lady in the back while she left me there in the chair! I could see her from where I was & SHE WAS DOING THIS LADIES EYEBROWS! When she look up & seen me looking at her she called out in her language to another lady to do my feet, Who was also doing a Hair cut! she left the Hair cut (someone else finished it) to do my feet! this lady did my feet in a hurry & did a HORRIBLE job! Oh & yet a different chair I was in Again & IT DID NOT WORK! out of 6 chairs only 1 works!! any-who the lady finished & we left but when I got back home I noticed that one big toe was messed up so I went back to have them fix it because I Paid $25 (I think I should get what I paid for) when I went in the 1st lady that started my feet was in the middle of scrubbing someones feet & she told me to have a seat & she grabbed my foot & started to paint over the messed up nail polish! My Best Friend Yelled out Hey STOP & ask her did you just touch her feet with out washing your hands?!?! she said Dude you JUST were scrubbing someones foot & then touched hers!!!! Hell NO go wash your hands Please that's just GROSS! so the lady said I'm sorry & went to wash her hands! To top it off instead of taking the messed up nail polish off & starting fresh, she painted over the lumpy messed up polish that was there and said OK all done! for real ? at that point I was so frustrated I got up and left and WILL NEVER STEP FOOT THAT PLACE AGAIN!! read more

We watched her do a cut, the girl asked for short layers & the lady did not listen at all... instead taking the razor & cutting very little off. This is my first time here and I'm so confused. The left side are for females and the right side males. There's a "front desk" in the middle. Well I'm standing at the front desk and there's no one there. Then notice people sitting on the chairs. After standing awhile, I decided to sit down. I don't feel like going to another place due to the traffic. They have signs on the desk saying they have the right to refuse service and so forth. Got it but there's another sign that says "We will charge $1 for any card charge." Seriously? Wow ok. read more

Went to this place because they had a good price for hair cut and were in a pretty good location. The woman who cut my hair was very nice and easy to talk to. My actual hair cut was ok. Mind u I am a super critic when it comes to that. she was very untraditional I asked for a FoHawk and she texturized the heck out of my hair. And left long parts. I could tell the quality was good but maybe because they are so slow she didn't have much experience with this style. read more

AWESOME HAIRCUT! I am a guy and do a medium high 0 fade with finger length faux hawk. A seemingly rather difficult cut for a good portion of cosmetologists/barbers. You can instantly tell by the look on most faces those who are unsure of their skills. I always ask if they are good at doing fades, and they always say yes. For the rest , It isn't until they start going over the same spot over and over again, or you look up from the chair only to see the look of perplexed hesitation that you realize they don't have a clue what in the hell they are doing, and usually they have cut so high and short that there is little to no margin for error and you have to have their boss come over and embarrass them to save it. Sometimes it's too late and my only comfort is the old adage, "What's the difference between a bad haircut and an ok one? 2 days." But with a jacked up head that is A LONG 48 HOURS. NONE OF THAT at this place. No waiting, and Wendy was very beautiful and pleasant, and by the time she is done w the small talk, your all done. I sat, she asked what I wanted, I told her, and she did exactly that to perfection. Incredibly fast, especially considering the fact that at no time did she seem rushed and she made me feel like I was the only client in the world, even with somebody waiting. I've been coming here for about 7 years and I won't go anywhere else. Sandy is amazing! She does a great job and is very attentive. She does everything for me and we all know if you can trust a woman with your eyebrows you can trust her with your life. She's also very good at explaining what can be done because sometimes things like hair coloring, perms, nail changes, no matter the effort by the stylist, results vary. Been here a couple times for a men's haircut. They have a sign that says $8 men's haircut, and that's what I get charged. I don't have a complicated hair style and keep it pretty clean cut so I haven't had an issue yet. No one was unfriendly or rude, although one of the stylists did keep answering her cell phone and talking for a bit while cutting another customer's hair. They have a sign outside now that says "Under new management" - no idea if it's true. read more

Worst hair salon I've ever visited. The man who cut my hair completely didn't listen to what I said. The top of my hair was about 6 inches long and the sides of my hair was around 4 inches long. I asked the man to ONLY cut the sides. I felt he wasn't listening so I asked him two more times to only cut the sides and leave the top long. Well sure enough not even two minutes and he started cutting the top of my hair. He gave me a buzz cut when I specifically asked three times to leave the top long. I didn't have the heart to tell him because it was too late and he was an elderly man. Why would you employ an elderly man to work there? read more

I have been coming here for almost a year, I get pedicures and acrylic nails done by Song. Song does nails that look so natural. Sandy, the owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and she is so funny. She is serious about her business, but she is easy to talk to. The men who cut hair are all great, they are always busy and from kids to men their hair cuts all look awesome. I have never had waxing done here, but I understand that Sandy is the best in the area. There is no women's side and men's side, they do hair on one side and pedicures on the other side, and nails in the middle. I love this place. I would recommend it to anyone read more

This place is disappointing because the owner doesn't care enough to properly disinfect their hair guards and stations before inviting a client back....after the guy was done cutting a clients hair he called me back and there was still someones elses hair all over the floor I asked him if he could sweep it up before we proceeded and he did but you can tell it annoyed him...he started cutting my hair with the same hair guard from the last client before cleaning it, I was so disgusted that he didnt spray disinfectant or barbicide on his tools ...I can literally see old hair crammed in the hair clipper....I didnt say anything because he was already cutting my hair.....its disappointing because they cut hair good. But they just take shortcuts instead of taking pride in what there doing..... The salon needs a deep cleaning. The waiting room chairs are made of cloth and are heavily stained.....If the owner sees this review its time for change clean house and take pride in your work and I will gladly return. I used to have trouble finding a good person to wax my brows, but when I first let my girl sandy do my brows never have I stepped foot into another salon ! She's such a sweetheart and funny . She takes her time on your brows . I love the customer service she provides . Not to mention she also does really good haircuts on my father and little brother . Every time I go in alone she always questions me by their names where they are or how they've been . As far as men's haircuts go Angel and some other younger guy were great my son was very happy with them. As for me and my daughters time there...not so good. The lady who did my pedicure killed a fly with gloved hands and thought it would be ok to was hand while still gloved and try to massage my feet. Ummmm no. Still nasty. Since I wouldn't let her touch me she removed the gloves to finish the pedicure. Meanwhile the whole time my daughter is try to get a full set of nails done and they were coming out really bad and the man kept trying to correct them and was hurting her when he was removing the messed up nails. Sandy who apparently is married to the man doing your daughters nails later stated that although he is licensed has forgotten how to do nails and used the wrong chemical on the nails and that's why they were coming out looking like a student was doing them. To make a long story shorter it took 3 people to finish the nails, and we were told we got 5.00 off nails that took AT LEAST twice as long. read more
