I randomly went to book a wax in September last year and seen the address had changed. I text her to inquire about the move and she responded by confirming the move stating she had just reopened. I went to Modesto to watch a movie with my friend. We went out to eat and roam around the mail. I bought some cute rainbow sandals and wanted to put them on. So I searched on my iphone nail salons, and found a corner with 4 nail salons!!!! I just randomly choose this one , they had a big yellow and green tacky sign. LOL! Walked in and they were a little bit busy. This older gentleman greeted us with a big smile , I think his name was Brian. He was very friendly told us it would be a few minutes and joked with us while we waited. I picked this bright pink color, was seated in this giant massaging chair , it was awesome! They gave me a heated aroma wrap thing it smelled like lavender or something. I layed there soo relaxed with the hot water soaking my feet with the jets awwww!!! cant wait to return!! I had some hand painted nail art , white flowers on top my pink polish it looks great! I dont come to modesto very often but when I do I'll come back her for a pedicure! side note I went to watch avatar best movie ever!!! read more

I have been Steven's customer for at least 6 years. I won't go to anyone else because I've tried many place and people before him and there is no comparison. I always get compliments on my nails and how uniform and nice they look. I was happy to see him open his own salon so that he could give better service to his clients. He remodeled the Salon keeps it extremely clean. I feel comfortable there and the environment is not awkward like at some salons I've been to in the past. His wife, Tina, gives the best pedicures I've ever had that last a long time. Ann who also works there gives exceptional pedicures. This salon is not in a busy shopping center so parking is never an issue. I pull up front every time. You can tell they are sincere about wanting to provide very good customer service. read more

I called and made an appointment earlier in the day on 2/14/15. I got my appointment for 430. I needed a full set, white tip, white and pink gel. I was seen at 440. the ten minute wait was not a problem, I was honestly expecting a longer wait with it being Valentine's Day. Cathrine did an excellent job! She is very detailed and she took her time. I will definitely be coming back. I am the type of girl who will only get her nails done a few times a year and usually I pick a random place with OK reviews. I think I have found my spot and my nail care expert. I was in town and decided just to stop for a pedicure and the service was great. They were very sweet, had no attitude, and was very patient. It was very affordable and they did a great job. On top of the amazing service it was Easter and they had closed early but they finished our service and never once complained. Will definitely make the 30+ minutes drive to come back. read more

I go back and forth between a set of white tips and gel manicures, I always get pedicures as well. Everyone there is friendly and they take their time. It's a very clean environment. I have been getting my nails done for years, and Steven does the best job by far! I can go three to four weeks without having to back for repairs and lifting. The price is reasonable and the work is outstanding. Once you go there, you will never go anywhere else! Highly reccomended. read more

I offered to pause my manicure and start my pedicure so the technician could finish with her and she could leave sooner. Despite trying to help them manage the situation, there wasn't even a simple "thank you." Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those situations matters. Unfortunately, we left feeling like the customer experience was not a priority.
