The nail salon was nice inside. My pedicure massage was very nice. Cutting the cuticle was okay. Only thing I didn't like was the shit talking. I'm also a nail tech. And I speak and under stand it very well. I didn't tell them I spoke and understand till the end. They have the nerve to judge me as a person from the car I drive... saying I was driving a trash can. That why I couldn't afford $15 gel . The older lady that actually did my pedicure was nice. Just the younger one with tatted eyebrow was talking too much crap. My nails aren't horrible but they're not great either. We came in on a Saturday afternoon with an appointment and the salon was dead. No people on a weekend. The gal that did my nails also did my moms and she was doing our nails at the same time. Moving back and forth between both stations, which was a first lol. She was moving very quickly and it shows. I asked for almond shape & these are not almond they're rounded. I also got chrome which was an extra $15 which in my opinion is way overpriced since all she did was dip her finger in the chrome and then put it on my nail. Normally they use a little brush/sponge? Applying the chrome by finger did not fill in the whole nail. The sides of my nails and nail beds are completely missing the chrome making my nails look uneven and rushed. My cuticles were not trimmed nor pushed back so it doesn't look like a clean set. The lady who did them, Quinn was really nice and friendly but due to the quality of my nails I don't believe I'll be returning. read more

I called and made sure they had time for me for just a gel mani which they did so I came in And was sat at Vicky's station. I had dip nails on so I asked to get them soaked off because I hate taking them off by using a tip. Vicky was not happy with me wanting to get them soaked so she tried to talk me out of it. Which I then declined so she turned to Quynh and says in Vietnamese " I'm going to let this girl sit here and soak for an hour and see how she likes it." Ok.... she then turns to me in english and says "sit here and soak" then goes and does someone's pedicure. Half an hour goes by and I'm still soaking. Quynh comes over and starts filing my nails so I ask her if she can do my gel mani when she's done with her client. She agrees. While she is shaping my nails she was super rough. She would turn to me and say something nice to me in english then turn to her bff Vicky and talk shit about me in Vietnamese. NO AIR CONDITIONING ON 100 degree day. Little to no color options. The only bottles they have for both regular and no chip are dried up and very yucky, dirty looking. They don't carry, CND or OPI they mostly carry low brand cheap nonchip colors which look nothing like the sample once on your nails. Worse of all I took my daughter here for her first polish experience. What a mistake. Both the owner and nail tech were mean and rude. They spoke in Vietnamese which I understand. They were unkind to my 3 year old daughter and globed on polish so thick that it literally slid off even 20 minute after drying. So sad. Cherry on top of my cake. They called me a PICKY BITCH in Vietnamese because I ended up opting not to upgrade to the gel polish due to their lack of color options. I've been coming to this place for a year but today was definitely the last. I got the spa pedi. Everything was good until it came to the painting the toes part. I noticed the girl (idk her name) was adding way too many coats. After she was done, she didn't even add a protective coat or nothing but instead said, "thanks", and went off with another customer. I was fine with it UNTIL another lady(again don't know her name) told me, "are you going to leave now?" Uhhh I just got my toes painted? If an item cannot be disinfected (such as a nail buffer block or an emery board) it must be thrown away immediately after use. The reason I like this salon is because they have a lot of stations for manicure and pedicure, and almost always staffed to help appointments and walk ins. I used to get wax here however those days are long gone just due to the simple fact that European wax center is in town now and I trust them a bit more with the cleanliness. This salon used to offer tanning beds, but they no longer do, due to the extensive amount of work. Price is okay, I feel like they could use a bigger color variety. But overall I like coming here and recommend it. Update- it's been 10 days since my visit and the tops of the nails have all lifted, I am now peeling off the gel, or it's chipping off. They cut your nails uneven and don't even file it. They just LIKE to use their little sanding machine, and then wipe off before they COVER IT UP with nail polish TO HIDE or hope you won't notice how they F*'d up your nails. They don't even apply the nail polish right, there are gaps on the side and don't clean up the edges with the brush. Upon recommendation from a family member I dropped by and gave this place a try. I was immediately greeted and there was a slight wait before I was seen. My cousin was with me and she wanted a pedicure along with her nails done so she was seen right away to begin soaking her feet. Once I got my chair time, the woman showed me her powders and had an exact match. Her pink and white ombré was really beautiful, she nailed the stiletto shape. I visited the salon for a pedicure. I was informed that the technician who has provided me with a pedicure service the past year no longer works for the business. My gut instinct told me to leave and go to Nails By David Lee; however, I allowed the owner to convince me to let another technician to provide the service. As the technician was removing the gel from my left toe nail, she drilled a hole into my left toe nail causing a part of the toe nail to fall off. I should note that my left toe tail was brittle; however, I had not ever encountered a problem with the the pedicure the previous technician provided. The technician informed the owner that I came into the salon without a left toe nail. I spoke with the owner and informed her that her technician was being dishonest. I stated I came into the salon with my left toe nail intact. The owner stated she believed her technician and did not believe me. There was definitely a language barrier and it was difficult to communicate my disbelief and frustration. I left the salon and obviously will not be returning. My brother went recently and liked his pedicure, however, he had an allergic reaction to the soap stuff they use in the water. Not their fault. And just after one week my middle finger nail popped off when I was just putting on my shoe which did not consist of any harsh pressure and my pinky chipped as well. Ok, so my boyfriend and I had been going here for years and definitely noticed a major difference in recent years. There has been a complete turn over of employees and the quality of services has diminished. We use to walk in without appt and never have a problem getting seen, but now there is always a long wait and we feel as if we are being rushed thru the service. The worst part is that my boyfriend was seen and it appeared they were short handed so they let the lady at the counter do the pedicure and she cut them do short multiple toes were bleeding and hurt for days.
