I was sat down and a grumpy lady in her 30's or 40's was assigned to me. I was literally out the door 14 minutes later. No soaking, 20 second massage, no hot towel. She worked my cuticles so hard, two of my toes were bleeding. I headed to Hawaii the next day and my two toes hurt the entire time. I'll go back to my two go-to places who at least treat you nice. They lost a consistent pedicure guy who always pays cash and tips well.

She drilled so deeply that she went through my nail and exposed my nail bed. It started bleeding, and now my nail is raw, painful, and stings whenever I walk or put pressure on it. To make matters worse, after injuring my nail, they still tried to charge me full price, including for additional services that I never received because I had to stop the appointment due to the injury. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I left in pain, with an injured nail, and without any concern or fair resolution from the staff.
