I was very pleased with the pedicure I received today. Hannah took great care of me and was gentle when I explained that I had pain in one of my toes. I liked the foot massage and also the chair massage was relaxing. She did an excellent job painting and drying my toenails. When a woman walked by asking if I would like some water, I was glad to take a bottle. I enjoyed the experience and I will come back here the next time I need my nails done. Good job!

The worst service ever... I got a coupon for my birthday and i was excited to use it. Walked in with my sister in law close to 11:30am. She asked for Tim to do my nails. He was so nice!! He handled my hands and nails with care. There was also a movie playing in the background which was nice. We talked while he was prepping and he was very kind. I don't really like squares so we decided to do coffin and he changed it up. His application was near flawless and he even took the time to file underneath!! Not a lot of nail techs do that. I am in love with them!

I usually do my pedi by myself and I decided to choose here. I'm VERY picky and skeptical about how my French tips look on my pedi and they did an amazing job. The employee was very gentle and nice. I would definitely go back! They look great! Very calming in the building as well.

I honestly love this salon so much! This is the only place I will go for pedicures. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and seated with no wait. The man who did my toes did such a good and thorough job, even though I bought just the basic package. I definitely recommend this place to all friends and family. Came on a Sunday thinking I was going to be in and out. They told me it was a 25 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes before being seated down and another 45 minutes getting my feet soaked. The massage chair I was at was not working. When I asked again how long it will take someone immediately came and started working on my feet. It definitely felt rushed and not the quality I am used too. I had to mention a few times to get the paint the sides and corners of my toes. Not sure I will return for the price of gel nails and rushed service. read more

Wow!! What an Amazing Nail Spa we are visiting from Las Vegas and this salon beats the service and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! My husband was treated like a VIP during his pedicure service he got the number 4 Jelly spa bath highly recommend the best he ever experienced ask for John or Leo who did our pedicures. They give the best massages! My nails were done by Jennifer, I'm very particular with the shape of my nails and hands down gave me the perfect coffin shape nails. Nails came out okay. Cute. However, I have to leave 2 star review because while I was getting my nails done by the gentleman there, he cut me five minutes into the session. I asked him to stop and I went over to the other nail technician. She apologized for what happen, but she was really rough on my nails. It was super uncomfortable the entire time. Very nice, clean, and chill spot! I love chit chatting with Han. She's old school, lays the acrylic on thick, but very accommodating when I kindly ask/express how I want them. Prices are pretty high here, but then again so is everything. $100 rate for a simple French gel mani (acrylic gel tips) and pedi, but totally worth it. Jennifer the manager is very sweet, and cool to come around checking Han's work (she advised to go thinner as well, even helped! - She's got a great eye for the problem fingers lol) I've been here twice so far, and haven't gone anywhere since cause I just wanna be adopted by Han Definitely my go to spot. Made an appointment for two people. Showed up 5 minutes early. As we were walking in, staff was starting pedicures on three others. I told them we had an appointment. They sat us down and said it would be only a few minutes. I assumed that they would be starting our pedicures soon. After five minutes, we realized that there was no one to do our pedicures. We asked, and they kept saying soon. Another five minutes passed and we left. It is very unprofessional to schedule clients, and not be able to take them in because you take other walk-ins ahead of scheduled clients. read more

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this salon. During my pedicure, there was a…read morecockroach in the water while my feet were soaking. I immediately brought it to the technician's attention, and she removed it with her gloves--but then continued working on my feet with the same gloves, without washing hands or changing them. She threw the cockroach away in the trash and another guy ran to empty out the trash, surely before I took a photo or video. There was no apology, no effort to restart the service with proper sanitation, and the situation was not handled professionally. This raised serious hygiene concerns for me. I contacted my doctor and now I am advised to keep an eye on my feet -look for redness, swelling, cuts, or signs of infection over the next few days. I'm keeping record of this whole situation with my Dr in case I need move forward with a more serious and medical complaint. In addition, I did not receive the full service I paid for (the massage was skipped), and my preferences were not respected during the appointment. It also felt like they rushed to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Despite all of this, I was still charged full price. I attempted to address this directly with the guy at the front desk "in charge" but he pretended that he didn't know what had happened even tho I saw the girl who was working on my toes go to him a few times and chatted with him. His only response to me was "I have to call pest control". If it is not properly resolved -with a full refund, I will be filing a formal complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regarding the sanitation practices I experienced. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. -----UPDATE----- Thank you for your response. However, I'm disappointed that no one has contacted me directly to address this situation. Given the seriousness of the sanitation concerns I experienced, along with being charged full price for an incomplete service, I am requesting a full refund and direct follow-up from management. A general statement about reviewing this "internally" does not resolve the issue or address the impact of what occurred. Please contact me within 3 business days to resolve this matter. If I do not hear back, I will be proceeding with filing a formal legal complaint, complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and updating my review to reflect the lack of resolution. I would prefer to resolve this directly and give your business the opportunity to make this right.

As with anything in life this is what you make of it. I have been going to Jennifer for many years. My nails don't break (unless I am unreasonably careless of course). I can count on one hand how many nails I have broken in the almost 10 years I have gone to her. They rarely lift and she will go out of her way to fix anything I unhappy with. That right there is the key! I must communicate my needs. If something bugs me I will let her know and she fixes it. She did my wedding nails. After a very long sitting with many many rhinestones I was not happy. I chose everything but it didn't come out the way I had in my mind. She took all the paint and decorations off and started over. I felt bad for joy speaking up earlier. Lol but she did great! She will do as much or as little as I want. Every holiday or change of seasons is another chance for me to have fun with my nails. Had gone a few times the first time I went everything was good nails were what I wanted nothing to crazy, that's why I originally gave them an okay review..went again and regardless of how you tell them you want your nails they wouldn't listen I like mine really short and when I would ask for shorter the guy technician would say this is short enough.. um okay I'm paying for it, the right hand length would be different from left and when I questioned he said your nails start different on each hand I'm used to people lining up making everything perfect I'm newer in town looking for good salon when I went some where else the nail lady was saying how filed down my original nail was they grinned it down to where my nails would ache don't waste your money there's a reason why it's always so slow. read more

I highly recommend Jennifer Nail and Spa. The atmosphere is peaceful and they always welcome walk ins. I normally don't book appointments because my schedule is ever changing and they are so kind to accommodate me right away. They all do such an incredible job and listen to your requests. Helen does a phenomenal job! The quality of her work is above and beyond in every thing she does! I have dry cuticles and she does an incredible job cleaning them up and never cuts too deep. She is a perfectionist with the whole process. I always get mani/pedi and gel. She never disappoints me.
