I was very pleased with the pedicure I received today. Hannah took great care of me and was gentle when I explained that I had pain in one of my toes. I liked the foot massage and also the chair massage was relaxing. She did an excellent job painting and drying my toenails. When a woman walked by asking if I would like some water, I was glad to take a bottle. I enjoyed the experience and I will come back here the next time I need my nails done. Good job!

If you only go for a soak off with no other service, they'll change their attitude towards you, and rip the acrylic off instead. They ripped my acrylic nails off after confirming with them I wanted a soak off multiple times. They also left pieces of the acrylic and polish on my nail. read more

I was very pleased with the pedicure I received today. Hannah took great care of me and was gentle when I explained that I had pain in one of my toes. I liked the foot massage and also the chair massage was relaxing. She did an excellent job painting and drying my toenails. When a woman walked by asking if I would like some water, I was glad to take a bottle. I enjoyed the experience and I will come back here the next time I need my nails done. Good job! read more

I was our customer for a long time. I'm not happy with there because they put a difference between customer if you're not paid the highest tip they use the cheaper product on you and also if you make an appointment like 1 o'clock, they will take care of you at 1:45 generally not happy with that salon and you have to have a always cash with you read more

The worst service ever... I got a coupon for my birthday and i was excited to use it. It was 10% off and they forced me to leave a tip even though i didn't appreciate the service that the guy gave me he was supper rough on my hands. I honestly love this salon so much! This is the only place I will go for pedicures. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and seated with no wait. The man who did my toes did such a good and thorough job, even though I bought just the basic package. I definitely recommend this place to all friends and family. Came on a Sunday thinking I was going to be in and out. They told me it was a 25 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes before being seated down and another 45 minutes getting my feet soaked. The massage chair I was at was not working. When I asked again how long it will take someone immediately came and started working on my feet. It definitely felt rushed and not the quality I am used too. I had to mention a few times to get the paint the sides and corners of my toes. Not sure I will return for the price of gel nails and rushed service. read more

Walked in with my sister in law close to 11:30am. She asked for Tim to do my nails. He was so nice!! He handled my hands and nails with care. There was also a movie playing in the background which was nice. We talked while he was prepping and he was very kind. I don't really like squares so we decided to do coffin and he changed it up. One thing that upsets me is the way the girls treat me. When the girls do my nails I somehow end up with blood on my finger. This lady who was re-doing my nail said she used powder even tho she didn't. She got mad and told me to go to Raymond. She spoke in Vietnamese to her coworkers which is fine but spoke pretty aggressively which led me to believe she wasn't saying anything nice about me. Although this experience was honestly not what I expected, I still recommend booking with Raymond.

Unfortunately, my second visit was completely different. This time I chose the second-cheapest package because I was short on time, and the level of service was nowhere near the same. The technician applied a color I didn't like, and when I asked if it could be changed, she aggressively drilled the polish off. She drilled so deeply that she went through my nail and exposed my nail bed. It started bleeding, and now my nail is raw, painful, and stings whenever I walk or put pressure on it. To make matters worse, after injuring my nail, they still tried to charge me full price, including for additional services that I never received because I had to stop the appointment due to the injury. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I left in pain, with an injured nail, and without any concern or fair resolution from the staff. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes customer safety and service more seriously

Had gone a few times the first time I went everything was good nails were what I wanted nothing to crazy, that's why I originally gave them an okay review..went again and regardless of how you tell them you want your nails they wouldn't listen I like mine really short and when I would ask for shorter the guy technician would say this is short enough.. um okay I'm paying for it, the right hand length would be different from left and when I questioned he said your nails start different on each hand I'm used to people lining up making everything perfect I'm newer in town looking for good salon when I went some where else the nail lady was saying how filed down my original nail was they grinned it down to where my nails would ache don't waste your money there's a reason why it's always so slow. read more

I highly recommend Jennifer Nail and Spa. The atmosphere is peaceful and they always welcome walk ins. I normally don't book appointments because my schedule is ever changing and they are so kind to accommodate me right away. They all do such an incredible job and listen to your requests. I found my new nail spot. The best in Turlock. I had skin growth on my nail and didn't even know it. They fixed me right up. The workers there are nice and interact with their customers which I love. I asked 1 more time explaining that I did not want a bumby/grit texture cause from adding a top coat without removing the dust. She still told me that I could not wash my hands. After the service I went to wash my hands and there were a few nails that did have a grit texture to the top coat. 1 week later and my nails are lifting. I felt this tech was extremely unprofessional. Not allowing me to do the most basic request is uncalled for. She wastrying to cut corners to speed up my service. I would not reccomend anyone to go to this salon to get services.
