Not happy with my daughters hair cut. She wanted a specific style, she came out and it looked pretty much the same and nothing close to the style she wanted. I messaged the girl telling her we needed to fix it because it's not really what she wanted, my daughter is young and won't advocate for herself. I'm absolutely pissed that I paid $70 for a hair cut that's still not what she wanted. I'm upset that when I tried to talk to Cheyenne, she brushed me off and wouldn't really acknowledge me when I tried to show her the pictures of what my daughter wanted, and just said "yep just more layers". I messaged the salon on Yelp and the owner reached out to me the same day to touch base with me. The same day, the stylist contacted me and we were able to get an appointment scheduled! Heidi is great and I had a great experience with her. I went in for a root touch up, trim and to thin out my thick hair. Heidi was attentive and asked questions throughout the process making sure I was comfortable and everything was going ok. I also appreciated that she picked up on my quiet demeanor and did not try to have continuous conversations with me (I always dread this with new stylists). It was the end of my work day and all I wanted was some quiet time and relaxation while I did some self-care and Heidi was observant to this and it was greatly appreciated! She gave a great mini head massage when she was finishing the color and the wash and conditioning process was amazing! It was like a mini spa treatment for my head! Love the color and trim... and the weight of my hair is so much lighter! Thank you Heidi and thank you Bliss Salon! The appointment was during Covid and the salon is very clean, require face masks, and make sure that clients are the appropriate distance from one another. I loved this salon! It had it all, hair care, nails, spray tans, microblading & waxing, even a little boutique. I was so impressed. I made my appointment through yelp with the owner & the next day Jordan sent me a text with an available appointment. My hair was awful before & hadn't been done in years. Jordan fixed it up so much with a trim & added a light subtle baylage. I love it, its exactly what I had asked for. She was also a really fun girl to talk with & got the job done pretty quickly. No receptionist when I went in on Thursday @ 1 pm. I had never been there before so didn't know what to do. No one acknowledged me. I waited for 20 minutes, was about to walk out, before Ashley came over to let me know her previous client was almost done. She was ok. I asked for tight curls but got more of a wave. I was nervous because this was my first time at a new salon (without my mom going with me, yikes!). LET ME TEL YOU.... Brandi was AMAZING!!! I am so happy I booked a haircut with this salon! At almost 9 months pregnant, I was hoping to get a haircut before the baby arrived. I got an email from the salon owner within a day and a text message from the hair stylist, Heidi, the next day and was able to get an appointment set within the week. When I arrived, everything was so clean and Heidi made sure to clean every surface: including the salon chair, the surface where my purse sat, and the hair washing station. Being pregnant, this was extremely important to me. Heidi did a great job listening to exactly what I wanted for my haircut and I am loving what she did! I have been going to Christina for my haircuts for 5 years. She's amazing, so I was sad when I moved to Denver and had to find a new hair person. I held off on finding a new hair person for 8 months and would only get my haircut when I came to visit Turlock. I'm having separation issues to say the least. Christina has done a great job on all hair styles that I have asked her to cut for me. From fading, blending, to trimming my hair when it was longer. She's very accommodating to my schedule and always tries to fit me in somewhere. If you are looking for a haircut in the area, I would definitely recommend Christina. read more

I was needing a blow out for a special event later in the evening! Bliss salon was the only salon open that had time for a blow out! Let me tell you, I loved this salon soooooo much! I was in town for a family event and decided to get my brows waxed and a facial. Carly did an amazing job on both. She was very knowledgable and helped me decide which facial I should get based on my skin care needs. The Salon still seems to be a work in progress. They may want to consider a quiet zone near their facial and massage rooms as the sound of voices echoes pretty loudly. read more

I messaged Bliss last week if they had any last minute appointments because my sisters recommended this place to me and after a couple hours I was able to get an appointment with Haideh!! When I say my hair was in DESPERATE need of some tlc it was, and Haideh had no problem at all listening to my requests. I knew right off the bat that I was in good hands (and I even almost fell asleep because of how comfortable she made me feel haha). Everyone here was super friendly and the place was really clean. So I came to the Central Valley for vacation. On Tuesday before I felt home I got my done. The woman did a peek a boo balayage and it was horrible. My hair was practically two different colors. I came to Turlock very upset about my new hair and that was when my college roommate suggest Bkiss Salon. I made an appointment with Kaitlynn (Katie) and got it fixed. She is an absolutely miracle worker! She made my hair look so much better and I'm so so happy with it. I can't thank her enough for fixing the disaster that was my hair. got my nails done here a little over a week ago. i wanted longer nails and she warned me that she doesn't have much experience doing extensions. she charged me quite a lot. (more than what i usually pay with other private nail techs with plenty of experience) i had two nails fall off within 3 days i told her some fell off and she asked me to come in. so i agreed and then last minute she needed to reschedule. i was a bit frustrated at this point and i told her i didn't want her service and that the quality of her work did not match the price i paid she replied that she just doesn't have much experience. i was super disappointed with this response, very unprofessional in my opinion. im never one to complain about price when i get a service done but paying $85 to have a set of nails for less than two weeks is a total ripoff... if you don't have much experience and you know your quality will not be top notch why charge me so much? super disappointed :((( read more

I get my eyebrows waxed with Tina at Bliss and she is great. I am not sure but one less star goes to the front desk service. I know most of them are hairdressers (not front desk attendant) waiting for their customers but they still could be nice and say Hi or something. I think I would feel a little bit "weird" if I didn't have an appointment and wanted to be worked on my hair. I am there every month but I have never received a greeting from anyone in the front desk. My mother used to be a hairdresser for 30 years so perhaps I am a little biased with the top notch customer service she provided her clients at her salon. read more

She got back to be right away and worked with my schedule so i can get a haircut as soon as possible. Sandra was really nice and worked with my hair really well since i had long thick hair. She gave me the cut that i wanted without going shorter and i was very pleased with the end result. I will definitely be going back in the future and recommend Sandra. read more
