I've gotten my nails done here a hand full of times. And each time I have gotten a nail fungus from the acrylic set not being placed correctly and water got in my nails and basically like rotted my nails. As for the pedicures, I got it done 3x and the older gentleman literally left large portions of the previous nail color on my nail and just painted over it. Very lazy and poor quality. I kept coming back in hopes it was just a bad day for them but after the nail fugus and the polish not being taken off well, I sadly will not be returning. - I do have to mention that The older woman is a very kind human. After being driven out of a local nail salon with coworkers arguing and acting like they were gonna get into a brawl, I decided I was not going to let them run my day and plans for a relaxing pedicure! I looked on Yelp and found Angel Nails just a few blocks away from the first place. Angel is a good name for them because I felt like I left hell and entered heaven! The place looked new, beautiful, comfortable and very sanitary. I waited just a few minutes before I was called over for a pedicure. It was wonderful! John took care of my hideous, overworked feet and made them pretty again. He spent about 45 minutes giving me complete attention, a wonderful pedicure, foot and calf massage, followed by another massage with a hot stone. I can't say enough! It really made my day. Not only that, the price was shockingly reasonable! Nearly half of what I would've paid at the other place! Looking back I'm glad I had a horrible experience at the first place, because now I'll really feel pampered here. read more

I was a walk in on a Tuesday afternoon, just for a gel manicure that cost $33. I felt like that lady who did my nails completely rushed through my service. Literally only took 20 mins. She half assed pushing up my cuticles and cutting off my dead skin which was the entire point of paying extra for a manicure. She got the color all over my skin/cuticles and now half the gel color on my nails are lifting and easy to peel off because of it was on my skin.and I just got it out on on Tuesday afternoon. Such a HUGE waste of 33 dollars which is bs. Went in later today because it was bothering me how bad my nails were. I called before and asked how long a gel manicure will last and the woman 2-3 weeks depending and I was okay great explained was was happening and that it's been only FOUR DAYs and she said she never heard of that before and told me to come down. As I buckled my seat belt my whole gel color on one nail came off! I've given this place a few tries, and every time I swear I'll never be back. WORST customer service. The owner is rude. I called for an apt and when i arrived she kept yelling that I didn't have an apt and said I had to wait until all other customers were taken care of, not even a chance to clarify a misunderstanding or miscommunication, she just walked away. My shellac never stays on more than a week, their work is always rushed and very sloppy. This time I just got a manicure and it didn't even last THREE DAYS! I've been coming here on and off since they opened since I live nearby. I only do gel when I come except a couple of times I've done a French tip on my toes. Their pedicures are nice and relaxing. For my nails I go to Terry I believe is her name. She always does a great job and I never have problems with the gel coming off or anything. Side note today I took my mini with me and they were absolutely wonderful with her they were talking and singing to her. And if you have small kids you know how nerve wracking it is to go out with them so I'm beyond grateful they went the extra mile to be good to her. I booked an appointment for a full set of acrylic nails at 2 PM today. Nancy assisted me today and really took her time and was asking me specifically how I wanted them. On the nail color samples they didn't have the shade that I wanted so she brought out some colors to demonstrate for me. Then she would show me and ask for my approval. The lady that did my pedi was probably the nicest one there. However my pedicure wasn't all that great. The massages was OK. My back fill is nothing like what I am use too. I had asked for coffin style, thin and a certain design. She begin to cut my nails and not ask me if my nails were ok and proceeded to do them. My nails weren't what I expected what so ever. It's very thick, square like and the design was OK. I assume the lady by the name of Tammy was the owner. She is rude and doesn't have a smile on her face at all. Customer service should always be priority. However as I can see here that's not the case. This is my first and last time here and won't be recommending this place to anyone. I just treated myself for a Mother's Day pedicure and acrylic nails.. I love this salon! It's clean and modern and the music isn't too loud. I think it's family owned. The woman is so friendly. Lady who answers is rude I like to schedule my appointments with navy pedicure and nails and she always try to get me to go with other people. The lady always has an excuse every time I call to make an appointment with Nancy she tells me to call the same day to make the appointment and when I do she tells me she doesn't have anything and I confronted her about it telling her that she told me to call back same day and now she not available. Then they talk in their language and obviously talking about me and she says I'm rude when I decide to hang up on them. They don't post their price cuz they charge whatever amount they want to charge.
