The photos show how my nails looked when I left. No customer should be sent home with work like that. When I called about a refund, the owner told me it was against store policy and offered only to fix them. I explained that I wasn't comfortable coming back after my experience, but the owner refused to refund me and hung up on me. I'm angry that I paid for nails I now need to have corrected elsewhere.
