I ordered a delicious Tinto de Verano and a Paella de mariscos. GWAO!

The food was authentic and delicious. My fiancé had a paella de mariscos and I had a great tasting cheese burger.

Great place to relax with friends or family. Staff were nice and the food was great! Everything thing we ordered was very good.

We found this place walking down a random alley near Los Rambles. There's no outdoor seating so we sat inside. We got a liter of sangria to share for only 22 euros. They have everything on the menu from burgers to pizza to traditional tapas and paella. I wanted to eat the Spanish food since we were in Spain and glad we tried a few tapas and seafood paella. The seafood paella had a mix of prawns, clams, and mussels. The rice was seasoned well and had a good texture. Service was also great. Definitely more of a touristy place but the food and service were still good.

I randomly chose this place for dinner to try out their paella. Located in an alley, it's located off the main road so it's not as crowded. Salmon salad - delicious salad, quite refreshing with mangoes. Padron peppers - a lot more spicier peppers provided compared to another restaurant we tried them at. Lobster paella - liked the rice and some of the seafood, but the main star, the lobster meat wasn't the freshest I've ever had.

Go down the alley and have the paella. The service here is amazing, the manager was running around making sure things were just so. We had the black rice seafood paella, pasta, and a few cocktails. The paella was delicious and service was amazing. We were staying just down the street so this is great if you're already in the gothic quarter.

Was out on the town in Barce and decided to duck into Avinyo 10 for some dinner. It was in fact my first ever Paella experience! The food and service were outstanding. I strongly encourage you to watch the video of my first-ever Paella bite. I couldn't help but call out to The Lord in thanks! I say give this place a try!

Restaurant and art gallery together leads to a bohemian ambience. Located down a small alley, this restaurant was warm and inviting. The service was a little slow but that was alright for us. We enjoyed the music, the artwork and the atmosphere. The paella was very good, in particular the seafood noodle paella which we never had before but apparently is native to this part of Spain. I made a reservation on their website the day prior. Not sure if it was necessary, but all the tables were taken so glad that I planned in advance.

Marcus the bartender was amazing. Excellent service and delicious food!

Came here on a whim and wow were we surprised with how much we actually enjoyed the meal. This is one of the restaurants where they have the hosts outside trying to persuade people to come in. We didn't know where to go and we were really hungry. So while walking around we decided wtheck, let's just give this place a try. To be honest we thought this place was sketchy because the host had to walk us down this alley way into the restaurant which was hidden. Now I can see why they have to have a host outside because there was no way people would be able to see the restaurant ! It was also really empty inside. Anyways after we sat down we ordered a chicken paella and a pepperoni pizza. We actually very much enjoyed the paella and it was flavorful. We really thought we would not enjoy the meal here but we did.

Friendly efficient staff. Great service. Seafood platter was good with shrimps that were very sweet and all the clams/shellfish well seasoned. Definitely the highlight. The salad and soup were average and the pasta is a bit over cooked (for Europe/Italian standard) but still very tasty.

This place is located in the Barri Gotic. Hubby and I were wandering around checking out the sites when I noticed the street sign "Avinyo 10." The restaurant is literally located steps from the sign. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor. It was a lovely night so we decided to dine outside. The staff here are super friendly. A big shout out to Ali for his over the top service. You made us feel at home. Your mastery of English and Spanish is totally impressive. The food here is simply amazing. I ordered the seafood Paella and hubby ordered a pizza. I've tasted paella from the Basque Country to Barcelona, and it has all been delicious, but I have to say that the best paella was here at Avinyo 10. Hubby's pizza was pretty darn good too. Five stars to Avinyo 10 for the service, romantic outdoor terrace, delicious food and super friendly staff. It was a beautiful night in Barcelona dining at Avinyo 10!

Very flavorful and fast experience. Oxtail and mashed potatoes 10/10: the oxtail meet is so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes pair so well with the oxtail. Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture. This fried chewy dessert is not too sweet and such an affordable price. - coconut pudding 9/10 solid and refreshing if you like flan - bread, chocolate oil, salt 7/10: I live the complex flavors. The chocolate mousse was light and the bread to mousse ratio was perfect. It's a smaller dessert tho I wouldn't recommend it if ur sharing. Service: amazing! Staff I'm everywhere so it was very easy to order more food. Also we were sitting buy the area where they made dessert and they allowed me to record them making it!! Comfortable ambiance great for date night or casual meals!!!

This restaurant was literally right next to our stay in Barcelona--skipping it felt like a crime,…read moregiven the rave reviews. So, on a rainy afternoon, we gave it a shot. We arrived just after lunch opening and were the first customers. The guy at the counter was... efficient. He simply told us to pick what we wanted, tossed it in a bin, and that was that. No explanation of pricing or preparation methods. When we asked how they'd cook it, he casually offered "fried or grilled." Obviously, we chose grilled--why fry fresh seafood? We picked two giant prawns, two octopus tentacles, and two fish (since hubby can't have shellfish). He asked if we wanted salad or soup--reviews hyped the soup, so we went with that. Then he handed us a receipt, told us we were order #3, and sent us to the bar. At the bar, we ordered two sangrias and a water. The bartender asked if we wanted bread and sauce. Sure, why not? We assumed they were included. Surprise! The tiny baguettes cost €0.50 each, and the mystery "house sauce" (a questionable mix of thousand island and horseradish) was an extra €1. We only realized the charge when we saw the total: €73. Oh well, too late now. Then came the food pickup experience--chaotic, to say the least. The server practically barked at us to bring our receipt, aggressively crossed off items, and handed over soups and octopus, crammed onto a greasy tray. No effort at plating, just food haphazardly dumped onto plates. The second round--grilled fish and prawns--was more of the same. Now, the verdict: Soup (5/5) - Delicious and reasonably priced at €6. Would order again. Bread & Sauce (0/5) - Not free, not worth it. Hard pass. Octopus (€31.80 for two tentacles, 1/5) - Overpriced, greasy, and drowning in molten salt. Basically, eating a sodium bomb. Grilled Fish (€10.50 & €8.50, 3/5) - Decent, but unnecessarily oily. Grilled Prawns (€5.59, 0/5) - Mushy, not fresh, and borderline inedible. Final thoughts? Not worth it. With so many incredible food spots in Barcelona, why waste your meal quota here? If you want quality seafood, go to Cervecería Catalana--we spent €5 more, but a meal a thousand times better. Spend wisely and eat like a king.

[Food] - Oysters: Fresh and good with lemon…read more - Anchovies: Not our favorite as it was very fishy and oily tasting despite adding lemon. I've had fried anchovies before but this was too heavy for us - Octopus: This was a bit oily but but not as much as the anchovies. Potatoes were nice and soft and absorbed all the sauces. - Small Clams: My favorite dish out of all we've ordered. Although the clams were small, the sauce it was cooked in was delicious! [Service] - Line up, order what you want, some seafood have various cook styles so they will ask you which you'd prefer, pay, find a table, and pick up at the pick up window once your buzzer goes off. [Ambiance] - Mainly indoor seating with 2 tables outdoors [Overall] - Would come back again as I love this kind of seafood eateries! Will definitely try other dishes next time as well

Two of us picked 5 types of seafood, a salad and a fish soup. We tried the sangria as our drinks. Everything is beyond fantastic! We would highly recommend this seafood gem to all our friends. Here are a few tips for the first timers: 1) The workers at the order area don't understand English well. We pointed at the seafood for ordering. 2) Recommended to have the fish soup over mixed salad as an appetizer. The fish soup is made with lots of fish and ginger; and it carries so much flavor. 3) The mussels are a must-have and are so cheap (Under 10 Euros for huge portions). It's recommended to prepare in two ways: white wine and tomato sauce 4) The La Paradeta sauce (I e. A green basil sauce) goes very well with shrimps and razor clams. 5) The fried calamari was so delicious and perfectly paired with drizzles of lemon juice. Yet, it's so expensive (24 Euros for a very small portion). It doesn't feel as worth it as compared to something like lobsters (29 Euros/single lobster). 6) I noticed many people ordered a bottle of wine instead of Sangria. Will need to try next time!
