    They stole my car. And then repossessed the new used car that I paid for. All because of payment was late a few days. I never got my other car back or was paid any money even though they stole $7,000 from me. Totally carless it's a total scam.

    I typically write positive reviews, but my recent experience with this dealership was disappointing enough to warrant an exception. Initially, I was impressed. I found a car online, called ahead, and they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive alone. The absence of pushy sales tactics was refreshing, and I was able to negotiate a deal that suited my needs despite being in a bit of a rush. However, the post-sale experience has been nothing short of frustrating. In our purchase agreement, the dealership committed to three things: an oil change, a detailing of the car (which was dirty and had a strong dog odor when I first test-drove it), and a replacement of a broken seatbelt. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. I dropped off the car on July 5th and didn't pick it up until August 18th, with no work done. Although I was provided with a loaner vehicle, it came with its own issues--a near-empty gas tank, non-functional AC, and a windshield wiper that was falling apart. Communication with Tim, the point of contact for the repairs, was inconsistent, often leaving my messages unanswered. When I was finally informed that my car was ready, I arranged to pick it up the following Saturday due to my work schedule. After driving all the way from Kailua, I was told upon arrival that no repairs had been made. The manager, Remi, got involved and mentioned that there was confusion and finger-pointing among the staff. He assured me that the car could be fixed within an hour, but I didn't have the time to wait. Instead, I was given another poorly maintained loaner vehicle and told to reschedule the oil change and detailing. I agreed to have my car delivered to me after the repairs were completed, however last minute they stated they didn't have anyone to drop it off. The following morning I arrived to pick up my car but when I finally got it back, it was far from what was promised. The car was not detailed, there was no oil change, and while the seatbelt strap was replaced, it appeared to be a used part from another vehicle. Moreover, the car, which I had left with a full tank of gas, was returned to me nearly empty. Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and it will likely be my last from this business . Save yourself the hassle and take your business.

    I dont know why so much negative comments about this place. My experience was not that. I walked in knowing exactly which car I wanted and out of all the 400 cars there I picked the one being worked on (thats how I knew that was the one). When I left I was missing a fob, small minor dents (that I didnt mind), and the safety was expired 12/24. The next day the dents were taken out (really great job), the other fob was found, and the safety was done. After reading these comments I did have buyers remorse that first night but sometimes you have to have a litte FAITH and hope that things just work out. But today, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my purchase. The car was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and for the year it had low miles. Tomorrow when I take it to my mechanic I hope he says everything is good. I needed an oil change and they got me the best available vehicle suitable for my needs. Really nice vehicles there.... I'm a real estate broker and very satisfied with this company and staff.

I've seen too many people get taken advantage of, so I did my homework on the specific car I wanted. I saw an ad for Aloha Auto Depot (808-599-9360). Since I didn't have a vehicle at the time, I did a lot of research online and checked Kelly Blue Book. Their price was very competitive compared to other small dealers and even larger ones like Tony Nissan. I wanted to work out the numbers first, and I decided that if we could agree on a price, I'd go in for a test drive and ask more questions. I found the car I liked at Aloha Auto Depot on a Sunday. Usually, business hours are shorter on Sundays, and they were closing at 4:30 PM. By the time I found a ride and arrived, it was already 4:00 PM, but I was greeted with a big smile by the salesman. He was very friendly; usually, when you show up that late, dealers ask you to come back tomorrow. However, since I had done most of the work beforehand, everything went smoothly. The showroom is beautiful! The location is the old Volkswagen dealership, but they've renovated it and it looks very nice. They even offer free coffee, water, and chocolates for customers. I had been communicating with one of the managers, Eddy, but when I arrived, Chris helped me. He is very easy to talk to and was willing to help me even though he ended up staying an hour and a half past closing time. I was very pleased with his service. I have worked in customer service for over 24 years, so my expectations are very high, but Chris nailed it. If you want a salesman who isn't pushy and is truly willing to help, look for Chris. They initially asked if I could pick up the car the next day so they could detail it, but I really needed the car that day. They asked me to come back later, but then the detailer got sick. I couldn't come back the next day, and that's when Steve stepped in. While he was helping me set up the car's app and my profile, he overheard the conversation. He put a crew together and detailed the car right then so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. That is truly going above and beyond. If you want this kind of service, come see them.     Misleading advertising. First, their profile says "We Buy Cars, Any Condition." That's a lie. So they don't actually take "any condition" like they say they do. Also, in our emailed quote we received four days ago, it said about $7k for vehicle in "poor condition." That's also a lie since they wouldn't even take our van. When I asked Jacob what they meant by poor condition, he said it means dents or poor exterior condition and not mechanical. So why does the emailed offer not specify? I would recommend this company be upfront with their advertising so as not to waste people's time. Honesty is aloha and this place is not honest. We filled out the credit application and got a call from Shane Yuen, the salesperson, who asked us to put down a $500 deposit to hold the truck. It only took about 4-5 days for the truck to get to the Servco Mapunapuna lot, and we were called in to pick it up and sign the papers. The whole signing thing took less than two hours, and she drove off with her new taco!
